Family Owned
Tuthill is currently in its fourth generation of family ownership spanning
over 120 years. The fifth generation of the Tuthill family just started with
the company in 2013. Jay Tuthill owns 100% of the stock and takes a long
term view. We know the importance of achieving financial success, and
are given the “runway” to make wise decisions.
All of us are born with a pump inside: our hearts. As children, this original
pump fueled our dreams and our creations. As adults, our hearts continue to

Tuthill has always been a company with heart. In our early days, we made the bricks
that helped make Chicago, relying on horses to carry the clay. Some days, the heat

pump to power a truck, saving our four-legged friends and laying the foundation for

The electric diaphragm pump line offers proven technology that combines the attributes of an air operated diaphragm
pump with the convenience, portability, and efficiency of an electric driven design that uses less power than other
conventional chemical pumps for maximum efficiency.
Our unique design improves fluid handling capabilities with low material sheering, solids handling up to 1/10” and dryrun capabilities. These features make this the ideal waste oil, gear oil, lube oil or hydraulic fluid transfer pump.
The power distribution's unique reciprocating, spring driven, double diaphragm configuration retains constant
pressure, regardless of the load. No internal bypass required - the pump automatically goes neutral when the end of
hose valve is shut off.

famous for rugged dependability and long service
life. These meters utilize positive displacement
nutating disc technology for use in non-custody
transfer applications such as inventory control
of refined petroleum products and non-corrosive

High pressure versions are available in two
model sizes (TN740 and TN760 series) for use in
automotive fluid distribution systems, lube trucks,
