A Skin: load distribution Core: flexural rigidity of the panel B A 1° use: During the Second World War to make more hardy and slight the British aircrafts. Why Polypropylene? Because is a material that offers good mechanical properties (high tensile strength, low density, good thermal resistance and abrasion resistance), it is easy to convert for bending and cutting, lends itself to multiple application solutions, and is totally recyclable. As such it is a material of considerable industrial interest and it is the greener and last but not least is “Italian." [Giulio Natta 1954] 1999 Imballaggi Protettivi srl has developed products dedicated to the interiors market together an important manufacturer of plastic materials equipment (Colines group): is the year 1999 Polypropylene: commodity ®EVOLUTION ? YES, please… New Technology INNOVATIVE PROCESS: Compared to other similar products, the innovative BUBBLE GUARD ® BOARD it is about a co-extrusion process. While the other products are processed by laminating three separated layers by two or three steps, our BG®B is produced from raw materials directly. Moreover, with our technology we can laminated two other layers as TPO, NO WOVEN, EPP Phoam, needle punched, etc. The core is made from a thermoformed PP film coextruded in line and it is heat sealed simultaneously with the two external faces forming the sandwich panel. is • Chemically inert • No tossic • Hypoallergenic • Thermo resistant and performant is • Monomaterial • 100% recyclable • Light Plus The lamination during the extrusion process is one of the strength’s point of this product. We laminated the aesthetic materials Needle punch, Dilour, No woven, TPO, PVC during extrusion without the use of glues and without special treatments on different supports, ensuring a perfect anchorage of the aesthetic materials on our sheet. DILOUR NEEDLE PUNCH NON WOVEN BUBBLE GUARD ® TPO The real difference between Bubble Guard ® Board and Bubble Guard ® Compact: the starting compound, since it is completely virgin without recycled materials and especially the addition of mineral fillers, which allow best mechanical resistances, in both hot and cold process. Compared to a full plate of equal thickness Bubble Guard Compact ® has: 40% ˜ section filled 60% ˜ weight saving More performance Lightness Bubble Guard ® cut and sew Cold Die-Cut (flat sheets with cutting edge open) Hot Die-Cut (flat sheets with cutting edge closed) Thermoformed (forming / punching mold by male and female) The thermoforming can be used for particular course preformed. The machinery to transform the BG ® compact are conventional systems, with presses accompanied by Heating plans, preferably lamps, forming molds male and female , an integral cut with blade or with that punch matrix for more complex parts.
