Eligibility
Competitors in the champ meets must have been regular members of a competing league team
during the current season and have competed officially or unofficially in at least 40% of scheduled
Lower Bucks Swim League Dual meets.
Event Participation
All contestants are allowed to enter a maximum of three (3) events plus one (1) relay for a total of four
(4) events. Championships contestants must compete in their own age group as outlined in the
Lower Bucks Swim League Operating Procedures.
Relays
Each swim team may enter no more than 3 relay teams per age group for Division Championships and
the top 16 relay teams will advance on to Finals (please see note in bold below). Awards for relays will
go up to 8th place.
Please Note
There may be up to 4 alternate swimmers for a Finals relay team.
Swimmers on a relay team (including Alternates) must have swum in at least 1 individual event (or relay)
at the Division Championships to be on a relay team entered at League Finals.
No more than 2 boys in relay
Each club team is eligible to advance 2 relay teams per age group to League Finals if they qualify.
Even years will be the Medley Relay. Odd years will be the Free Relay
All championship meets shall be conducted as timed finals.
Entry Procedure
All entries for championships must be submitted electronically via e-mail on the LBSL supplied
Hy-Tek Team Manager entry file.

Fee: Individual Events = $4.00 each / Relays = $5.00 each swimmer
Payment: Entry Fee due at or before the mandatory League Final Scratch Meeting.
Deadline: No entries will be accepted after Sunday July 19, 2015 – 6:00 PM
Under no circumstance will a new entry or correction be accepted after division championships are
seeded.
Entries submitted by all competitors for championship meet must include times officially recorded by the
competitor during any Lower Bucks Swim League sanctioned competition as an official or unofficial entry.
The only exception shall be any event not normally swum in a dual meet.
The team coach of the swimmer will be held responsible for the accuracy of the seeding times and
competitor’s eligibility.

Medals – 1st to 6th place
Ribbons – 7th to 21st place

League Championships
After the completion of division championships, all division times from each event
shall be combined, the sixteen (16) fastest times including ties shall qualify for League Finals.
(Top 16 fastest relay times advance to League Finals – Top 8 will receive awards)
Each club team is eligible to advance 2 relay teams per age group to League Finals.
Prior to final seeding of the league championships a mandatory scratch meeting will be held to determine
the top sixteen (16) qualifiers. Position seventeen (17) and eighteen (18) will be alternate entries and are
to report to championships in the event of a no show and shall swim in that person’s place.
All scratches made at the scratch meeting shall be final and cannot be re-instated.
For League Championships, the seeding time shall be the time attained at Division Championships.
