Special congratulations and thanks to those runners
whose fundraising efforts have established a record

thank you to the 2,800+ dedicated volunteers that
assist us in putting on this special event.
We congratulate each and every runner for making

MONEY ON THE RUN
THANK YOU SPONSORS
OFFICIAL MIAMI MARATHON & HALF MARATHON® CHARITIES
YOU MAKE IT POSSIBLE. YOU MAKE MIAMI FAMOUS.
As the sports of running and walking experience a major boom in activity, the concept of running for a
cause is also gaining significant attention and growth. The Miami Marathon & Half Marathon® is extremely
proud to work with and support various local, national and international charities.
The Miami Marathon and Half Marathon is made possible through this unbelievable network of partners.
It is because of you that this has become Miami’s marquee running event, and one of the top destination
road races in the United States. Thank you for supporting our athletes throughout their training and
helping them cross that finish line with a successful race, and an unforgettable experience.
Runners can choose to make their marathon experience more meaningful by running on behalf of an array
of charities, allowing for thousands of dollars to be raised each year using the Miami Marathon & Half
Marathon® and ancillary events as a medium to do so. Charities participating in the Miami Marathon have
raised several million dollars in its eleven year history. These runners begin the training season with goals
for personal bests in their running time as well as in fundraising dollars.
