• Outdoor LED bollard light (no light pollution)
• Configuration: die cast aluminium structure. EN AB-47100 alloy (low copper
content). Extruded aluminium stem.
• Double layer coating for high resistance to corrosion: The low copper
Aluminium alloy is painted with a double coat using powders which are
complaint with QUALICOAT standards: a first layer of epoxy powder (with
excellent chemical and mechanical resistance) and a second finishing layer
of polyester powder (resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents).The
entire painting process of the aluminium fitting starts from components
which have been sand-blasted in advance to make the surface more porous
and increase the adherence of the paint. Ares effects alkaline and acid
washing to clean the surfaces completely, then rinses with demineralised
water to remove any residue particles, subsequently a chemical conversion
treatment is done to protect against rusting.
• Plastic sandblasted diffuser, neoprene gaskets.
• Protection Rating: IP65 (“base” version) and IP67 (“in-ground” version)
• In compliance with EN 60598-1 standards
• Class of insulation: mains (“base” version):I, low voltage (“in-ground”
version): III
• Installation: wiring through a M16x1,5mm cable gland for “with base
version” and through two M16x1,5mm for “in-ground” version (4,5<ø<10mm
cables)
• Pole with base: direct fixation with bolts to a concrete surface or throught
a fixing plate in a concrete basement
• Pole in-ground: we recomend to concrete the root of the pole for better
stability
