1% 10 net 30 days on approved credit.
Shipments can be suspended where accounts are in default of credit terms.

Freight:
Orders are F.O.B. our warehouse.
Damage claims need to be reported to carrier immediately. Shortages are required to be noted on bill
of lading within 24 hrs to the order desk.
Return Goods:
Authorization required from AMI before goods may be returned. A restocking charge of 25% will be
deducted from amount and credit issued. Goods returned must be in a resaleable condition.
Private label and custom formulated products are not eligible for return. Defective product claims shall
be inspected prior to claim approval.
Quotes & Tenders:
Quote numbers are required on purchase orders to guarantee special pricing.
Tenders must be sent or faxed to AMI complete for guaranteed price support.
