Cucina Rustica is available year round for your unique reception. Our
Tuscan-style grill is composed of two sections—Cucina East and Cucina
Fireside. Both are included in a buyout and they are connected through
four internal archways.

the comforts of home, choose one
of our 46 suites with one, two, or
three bedrooms. Although no
two are exactly alike, each exudes
the warmth of a grand mountainside chalet. All condominiums
boast wood-burning fireplaces
and private balconies.

RockResorts Spa

The RockResorts Spa® at The Lodge at Vail offers an experience of
unmatched luxury and relaxation. Guests will delight in the intimacy
and elegance of the spa, featuring a couples’ room with fireside soaking
at The Lodge at Vail
tub, a wet treatment room, two facial rooms, and seven massage rooms.
The complete spa experience includes use of both the 7,500-square-foot
spa as well as the 3,500 square-foot fitness complex. Men and women
can relax in separate locker rooms with steam rooms, saunas, and
whirlpools, as well as a separate women’s relaxation lounge and a large
co-ed relaxation lounge. The fitness complex includes state-of-the-art
Life Fitness™ equipment and a movement studio for stretching or yoga
and Pilates practice.
Last Details
tastings at the lodge at vail
We will host a complimentary menu tasting for up to four guests upon receiving
a signed agreement with a catering minimum exceeding $6,000 and advanced
deposit. Tastings for more intimate receptions can be scheduled at a reduced
cost. Your event manager will provide guidelines in choosing a sample menu.
deposit & final payment
Deposit amounts and due dates will be stated in your agreement. Credit card or
certified cashiers checks are preferred method of payment. Personal checks will
be accepted for final payments, only if received (30) days prior to the event date.
Once your wedding details are finalized with your Event Manager, we will
provide you with an estimate of charges. These amounts are only estimates
and are based on your individual selections, as well as historical consumption
data. The balance of the estimate is due (14) days prior to the date of your first
function. In the event of over payment a refund will be issued. If a remaining
balance exists after the event, we will charge the credit card attached to your
wedding account.
food & beverage
Preliminary guarantees are due 30 days in advance and may not lower without
penalty more than 10%. Food and beverage guarantees are due (72) hours in
advance of your event. Monday and Tuesday guarantees are due by Noon on the
prior Friday. If no guarantee is given, the Event Manager will use the expected
number previously given as your guarantee of attendance. We will charge for
the guaranteed number or the actualized attendance, which ever is higher.
shipping & gift handling
The hotel will accept only prepaid packages. All packages must contain a label
giving the return address, name of guest claiming package, meeting name and
date of hotel contact.

All food and beverage are subject to a 22% taxable service charge and all
applicable taxes (currently 8.4%). We appreciate your menu selections (21) days
prior to the date of your functions. Menu prices are subject to change based on
product availability. With the exception of Wedding Cakes, for which a perperson cake-cutting fee will apply, the Hotel dictates that no outside food and
beverage will be allowed.
