JAMES RIVER DAYS A Project of The James River Advisory Council 2012 Calendar of Events to uniting communities along the James by promoting the river as a common resource, while working to preserve its environmental health, beauty, heritage, economic vitality and recreational value. JRAC serves as a forum for the many diverse issues and challenges along the James in Central Virginia. JRAC sets a tone for positive relationships between many public and private organizations.
