SALES ORDER GUIDELINES
***STATE RESALE CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED FROM ALL WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS***
Minimum Order
• 1 case minimum.
• Orders are shipped in case quantities only.
• Lead time to ship is 3 – 5 business days (may be
as long as 10 days during the Fall Season.)
Payment Terms
• Credit card payment required for opening order.
• Net 30 day terms available upon approved
credit application.
• C.O.D. orders are not accepted.
• Past due invoices will be charged a 1.5% late fee.
• Credit card payments $3000 or more will be charged a 3% processing fee.
Shipping
• Free shipping on all orders at or above $3000,
shipping to one location, on one shipment to the 48 continuous states.
• Freight charges for orders under $3000 will be Prepaid and added as per actual shipping costs.
• Residential, lift gate and inside delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Wholesale pricing is based on F.O.B. – Sun Prairie, WI.
Pricing
• All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Back Orders
• Product not available at time of order shipment will be automatically back ordered and shipped when available, unless notified by customer prior to shipment.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
Packaging
• On rare occasion, gift contents and packaging labels may vary from catalog images.
Damages and Shortages
• All claims for damages and shortages must be made within 3 business days from receipt of goods.
• All damage claims require digital photographs of actual damage.
• Damage claims made on product that has been discarded prior to making claim, will not be honored.
• Customer may be asked to hold damaged product for return shipment.
• Deductions for claims on invoices are not allowed without prior written approval.
COUNT YOUR MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL.
Warm Weather Handling
• During warm weather months, insulated coolers and ice packs will be used to maintain freshness of product.
• Coolers and ice packs are the responsibility of the customer at a cost of $7.00 per cooler and $1.00 per ice pack.
• Customers requesting shipment without coolers and ice packs will take full responsibility for damages due to warm weather.
• LTL shipments requiring a refrigerated carrier will be charged an additional $100 freight fee to help offset refrigerated freight charges.
• Customers requesting LTL shipments without refrigeration during warm weather months will take full responsibility for damages due to warm weather.
• Expedited shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
