belt drive system with
self adjusting tension idler.
The drive system is constructed with cast iron
pulleys and permanently
sealed bearings for super
quiet operation and low
maintenance.
Huebsch also understands
that the installation of
these large machines is
sometimes difficult, that’s why we’ve designed the
burner/heater assembly to be easily removable.
When tops are removed the heights are reduced
to 70” (120 lb) and 75” (170 lb).

C.A.R.E. System*
TM
(Combustion Auto Response Equipped)
Our C.A.R.E. drying tumblers provide
some peace of mind in the unlikely
event of a laundry fire within the cylinder.This feature senses for an abnormally
high temperature within the cylinder of
the dryer. If a laundry fire should start
within the cylinder, water is sprayed on
the linens from a multi-port manifold to
saturate the load. If the system is activated, a warning
signal can be sent to a remote location.The externally
mounted C.A.R.E. system features multiple sensors and
two water valves to assure accurate performance.

requirements, Huebsch offers a variety of controls
to meet your needs.
Our microprocessor control is state of the art.
Computerized models feature four preset automatic
drying cycles with an option to further customize
four additional automatic drying cycles. A fifth setting
(no heat) is also available for items requiring
special care.
*Option available on 120 & 170 lb models.
Huebsch tumblers feature a self-cleaning lint screen of
fine mesh, which cleans continually. Lint is deposited into
an extra large storage area for
easy removal.This helps maintain maximum air flow and
promotes fast, efficient drying.

Our manual dual timer control models allow
operators to easily set both drying time (0-60
minutes), and cool down time (0-15 minutes) as
well as temperature (120°–190° F).
