Dealer Information
1. Who’s eligible to buy?
The Motionwear gymnastics
program is available only
to authorized Motionwear
retail centers and gymnastics
facilities. Opening order is
a minimum of 24 pieces.
To apply for authorization,
simply fill out a Motionwear
Gymnastic Dealership Application (the green form) and submit
it with your initial order.
2. Placing orders. Orders can be placed with your Motionwear
sales representative, by fax, email ([email protected])
or by calling our Customer Service department (8 AM to 6 PM EST).
3. Payment methods. We can ship your order COD (for
a $10.50 charge) or you can prepay for your order by sending a
check before shipment. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and
Discover for gymnastics clubs. Net 30 open terms can be
requested and are subject to approval by our credit department.
4. Freight. We ship orders via UPS insured, and shipping
costs are billed for each shipment. We seldom have
backorders, and we always pay the shipping on backorders
that we cause. Shipping cost per order (regular ground) typically
is:
Up to $300 $7.00
$ 501 to $1,000 $17.00
$301-$500 $10.00
$1,001 or more $22.00
5. Sales tax. Motionwear products are available from
Motionwear for resale only. It is the customer's responsibility to
collect appropriate sales taxes on their retail sales. Motionwear
MUST be provided with a copy of your Retail Merchant Certificate
for tax exemption.
6. Shipping time. Prepacks are always in stock and
available for immediate delivery. Products in this catalog
start shipping May 15, 2016. Delivery time for Select Fashion
orders is 2-4 weeks.
7. Returns and exchanges. In the unlikely event that you
have a product shortage, please notify us within 14 days
of receipt of your order for credit or replacement. Defective
items can always be returned within 60 days of purchase.
Call for details. If we made the mistake, we’ll take care of
the costs. We don’t accept or give credit for items that are soiled,
dirty, or misused.
8. Order quantities. Prepacks have set quantities per size.
See the back of this form for details. All styles are available in
single pieces.
9. Special orders. All special orders and custom orders must
be prepaid (either by check or credit card) and are nonreturnable.
If we’ve made a mistake on a custom order, we’ll be glad to
exchange the product.
10. Specifications. Prices and specifications in this catalog are
subject to correction or change without notice.
Sizing Information
All styles are available in these sizes unless otherwise noted in the catalog. Use this chart for sizing Motionwear Gymnastics. These are general
guidelines. All sizes are measured in inches. If you are ordering for a team, talk to us about sizing samples to guarantee the best fit.

Motionwear products come tagged, priced, and ready to sell. We list retail prices on tags at a “keystone”
level ($10 wholesale is $20 retail). Prices are on perforated tags so you can easily remove them and list
your own prices if needed. Pricing listed below is dealer wholesale cost. While we make every effort to
maintain stability in our pricing, it is subject to correction or change without notice.
