All ads must be paid in advance. Payment may be made by check, money order or credit
card (AmEx, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
ELECTRONIC INFORMATION

Please send your original fonts (including printer fonts) and scanned art in case of conversion
problems. 4-color ads should be saved as CYMK.
WE LOVE PDFs if they are prepared correctly. They should be actual size (100%) and saved
at a minimum 300 dpi to ensure image quality.
If you are using PageMaker or Freehand, you must save your ad as an .EPS, .TIFF, .JPG or
PDF graphic so that we can open it in PhotoShop. If you choose to save your ad as a graphic,
PLEASE CONVERT YOUR FONTS TO OUTLINE.
Ads can be received on CDs, DVDs, e-mail or sent via FTP using Fetch program. If you do
not have Fetch, it is FREE program available on the internet. (Please call for FTP password and
additional information).
