Our Services
Turn-Key Production. Got an attraction development project? Don’t know where to turn? We can provide your
entire project under one contract. We like to say Soup to Nuts and everything in between.
Owner’s Representation. When you are in need of an in-house team to help execute the design phases or
production phases of a project, use The Producers Group. We handle everything from defining schedules to running
meetings, from finding vendors to negotiating contracts. We manage the process so you can focus on the rest of
your business.
Project Strategy and Planning. The early stages of a project require care and handling in order to avoid the usual
pitfalls of entertainment projects. We devise expert strategies for the execution of the process, a means of
predicting costs, and bring it to you in an easy-to-understand format that clears the way for effective decision
making.
Production Management. At times, it makes sense to control the job yourself. We understand that. It’s a natural
desire in order to watch where the money is being spent. When this happens, and you have a bunch of vendors
asking you for information so they can do their jobs, you need The Producers Group. When your General
Contractor is pushing for details to build the building, you need The Producers Group. We will step in to run the
production using your vendors and interfacing with your general contractor. From daily meetings to field inspections,
we take care of the day-to-day management of the production function in order to make sure it gets done correctly
on time and on budget.

The Producers Group offers a full range of services related to the design and production of entertainment attractions
and venues. From casinos to theme parks to museums, we are experts at bringing the project from conception to
completion. All our services are customized to the specific needs of the client. Here are some basic services we
offer:
The Producers Group is a unique, creative, and experienced group of
entertainment professionals, who have successfully worked together to
provide services for entertainment projects around the world. Their
combined theme park experience totals over half a century of experience,
with the development and production of hundreds of attractions, casino and
museum projects. They have provided creative expertise which has guided
these projects from concept creation to master planning, and show design,
through schematic design, design development, into bid packaging,
analysis and award, into construction drawings, software/media design and
production, and on-site installation right up to opening day.

Who We Are
Who We Are
Edward has had a long and varied career in and around the entertainment community,
from owning a production company to designing, project managing, technically directing
and producing hundreds of projects over the past 20 years. Edward has designed
attractions for theme parks, corporate events and touring shows.
Some of Edward’s international projects include being the first producer to bring
American Haunted Houses to Japan in the early 1990’s, producing a touring show in
Russia, “Star Galaxy Adventures” and providing the lighting design the world’s largest
Toyota Showroom for Dubai Festival City in Dubai, UAE.
As a Producer and Project Director, his projects include Universal Studios Halloween
Horror Nights (Executive Show Producer), Universal Studios Singapore Sci-Fi City,
Marvel Theme Park in Dubai, Crane Dance, Lake of Dreams and Hall of Treasures for
Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore and most recently The Diamond and The Crystal
Attractions for Galaxy Resort & Casino in Macau.

Mr. Marks formed Marks Creative Inc. and thru MCI was involved in the Technical and/
or Lighting Design of the hundreds of projects including; The Glow in the Park parade
for 6 - Six Flags locations, AtmosFear in Jakarta, The New Tropicana Resort Hotel and
Casino in Las Vegas, The Simpsons Ride at Universal Studios Hollywood, Jurassic
Park River Adventure at Universal Studios Singapore, Monster Mansion at Six Flags
over Georgia, a 360 degree Motion Based 3-D Theatre Experience for Oct Park in
China, Ashes & Snow Touring Exhibit and The Americana at Brand in Glendale,
California.

Edward S. Marks – Executive Producer & Co-CEO
Who We Are
Mr. Chambers is a 20-year veteran of the theme park and themed entertainment
creative design industry. In that time, Bob has utilized his talents to cross over
from theme parks to other people-gathering industries, including casinos, retail,
branding, museums, cultural and visitor centers. Mr. Chambers brings with him a
wealth of project development knowledge, including past stints in producing,
project management and technical direction.
Mr. Chambers started his career at Iwerks Entertainment, working closely with
owner and Disney Legend Don Iwerks. Through Mr. Iwerks, Bob worked closely
with and was mentored by several Disney legends and learned a great deal about
the attraction development business.
In 1995, Bob started a consulting firm called It’s Alive Co. Since that time, It’s
Alive Co. has contributed to the success of over 120 projects in more than 12
countries, including projects for Universal Studios Singapore, Hollywood & Japan,
Hong Kong Disneyland, Universal Orlando Resort, Busch Gardens and Seaworld
Parks, Port Aventura Theme Park, Warner Bros. Movie World Madrid, Six Flags
and Paramount Parks.

Who We Are
Don Burgess has conceived and produced thousands of live productions over a twentyfive year career that includes work on many continents in every imaginable venue. His
reputation for building production teams while at the same time understanding, prioritizing
and implementing fiscal responsibility has made him one of the most respected and
sought after entertainment producers working today.
Don continues to lead the industry in the areas of Creative Direction and Management,
Project Conceptualization and Entertainment Production, bringing expertise to projects
such as Live Theatrical Experiences, Theme Park Live Show and Attractions, Museum
Exhibits, Holiday Installations, Halloween Events, and extraordinary Special Events.
Whether it's an intimate theatrical experience or a large arena event for thousands, Don’s
integrity and award-winning production skills have enabled organizations around the
globe to rely exclusively on a single source for creative, integrated and highly successful
entertainment production.
Responsible for mammoth live productions for such companies as Universal Studios,
MGM Studios, Paramount Studios, MTV, Six Flags and Walt Disney Entertainment, Don
has put to use his extensive experience with state-of-the-art stunt and special effects to
craft world-class productions and event spectaculars.

Our philosophy in three words: Get It Done!
The Producers Group utilizes its extensive theme park planning experience while
working closely with the client from the very early planning stages of a project.
Feasibility study results are analyzed and implemented to develop a superlative ride/
show mix that is integrated into a functional and entertaining masterplan layout
design. Operational requirements and the guest experience are carefully crafted
together to insure a success.
Theme Park Attraction Production is the art, science, and the business of effectively
designing and producing specialized equipment and media that creates unique and
successful rides, shows, and attractions.
The Producers Group project teams design, advise, produce, manage, and execute
the creation and installation of each of the specialized needs that Theme Park
attractions require.
Marvel Theme Park Dubailand –Members of The Producers Group provided services for Chimera
Attractions Development involves not only the pre-planning and design of rides,
attractions, and shows, but also involves the design and development of a carefully
fashioned park footprint master-plan. Many details are identified including the
creation of optimal guest flow, infrastructure design, and back of house support
services.
