Our lanyards come in three different ranges so whatever your
requirement, we have a lanyard to suit your needs.
COLOUR CODED LABELS

High quality flat webbing for basic tool restraint.

Webbing with added elastication for ease of movement and
convenience and basic energy absorbing properties.
CONNECTION LOOP
Shock Absorbers
Made from either advanced Kinetic webbing
or incorporating a neat shock pack,
these lanyards are the pinnacle
of tool safety. In the event
of dropping a heavy tool,
they significantly minimise
the risk of the user
being pulled off a
ladder or platform by
drastically reducing
the peak loads.

treated to be water repellent and resistant
to oil and grease.

The Elastic range of lanyards is the
next step in tool arrest, allowing
the user greater flexibility and
usability.

These are all made from our high quality
20mm elasticated webbing. The benefit
of using elasticated webbing is less slack,
reducing any trip or snag hazards and
keeping all your equipment closer to
your body while also offering basic shock
absorption.
As well as the choke loop method of
connecting a tool, the Standard range has
the option of a clip buckle lanyard (RTLS2).
This lanyard allows the user to keep
several small tools looped, so when a
particular tool is needed it can be swiftly
connected onto the lanyard using the
clip buckle.

If a user drops a heavy tool while working
at height, there is a very real danger that
they could be pulled off a ladder or
platform by the falling tool. Our Shock
Absorber range is specifically designed to
significantly reduce that risk.
The range is split into two: the unique
Shock Pack version and the top-of-therange Kinetic version, both offering
outstanding safety characteristics.

Our Kinetic tool lanyards are our top-of-therange product offering unrivalled protection
for the user.
Kinetic is our unique webbing specially designed and
developed to reduce the potentially devastating
shock involved in the event of a fall. It was originally
developed for our fall arrest lanyards but the principle
is exactly the same and equally important in the event
of a falling tool.

BENEFITS EXPLAINED.
Using our extensive in-house testing lab, we
are able to show the radical reduction in the
forces exerted on the user and the virtual
eradication of the dangerous ‘bouncing’
effect when using one of our Shock Absorber
Tool Lanyards.
The table opposite shows the force traces
from our tests when a 10kg tool is dropped
from a height of just 2.5 metres. You can see
that with a standard tool lanyard a 10kg tool
will be nearly 30 times its original weight!
