Perfect Poster 200
EMBLEM SOPEP is an especially developed paper for digital inkjet printing. The
excellent coating is printable with solvent, UV and latex inks. The main field of
application for this paper is the production of posters and display advertisements
for indoor applications because of the brilliant colour reproduction. Solvent
Perfect Poster has an excellent flatness. The drying time depends on the amount
of ink and the inkjet technology.

Solvent Paper Double Sided
EMBLEM Solvent Paper 230 DSFR is a matt, coated paper for printing with
eco solvent, solvent, UV and latex based inks. It has a very high opacity and
excellent printability. Due to the very high opacity it is a perfect paper for both
side printing. Because of it’s flame retardant properties SOPA230DSFR is an
excellent media for indoor-use. You can get a flame retardant paper (M1) with
150 g/m2 - SOPA150FR, alternatively.

PVC Solvent Wallpaper
EMBLEM Solvent Wall Decor is a printable wall paper made out of a textured
PVC with paperback. The specific surface of SOWADEPAFR permits a good ink
coverage as well as brilliant colours and can be printed on with solvent, UV
curable and Latex inks.
EMBLEM Solvent Wall Decoration Non Woven and Latex-UV are wall decorations based on a non-woven paper. The smooth, semi matt and white surface of
the wall covering is made for printing with most common eco solvent-, solvent-,
UV-curable-and latex-based inks. Due to the special surface you can achieve
brilliant photorealistic prints with a high ink coverage. This product is free of PVC,
plasticizers and solvents without the addition of heavy metal compounds and
formaldehyde. It is stable in dimension, crack-bridging, easy to apply and can be
applied like standard non-woven wallpapers. We recommend EMBLEM Wallpaper
paste for hanging wallpapers. This specific adhesive is made for EMBLEM wallpapers to get best results.
EMBLEM SOSTBAR-LT allows clean and easy realisation of noble indoor
decoration by self adhesive textile. You can print on EMBLEM SOSTBAR-LT with
common eco solvent, solvent, UV and latex based inks. The fine textile surface
structure and the special coating adapted for contemporary inks provide excellent
colours. The dimensional stability of the fabric and the use of repositionable
adhesive make easy processing possible.Due to the special adhesive EMBLEM
SOSTBAR-LT, is residue-free removable from most subsurfaces within 6 month.

EMBLEM Solvent Canvas 2 is a single side coated
canvas with a poly-cotton-mix weave for digital
art reproduction. The warm white coating allows
intensive colours and preserves a most natural
looking weave pattern. Main fields of application are
art presentations, exclusive wall decoration, photoart-objects and art reproduction. EMBLEM SOCA2 is
based on a high quality canvas with high dimensional
stability. SOCA2 can be mounted onto stretcher
frames without stress whitening because of it’s
flexible coating. It has a non reflecting surface and is
made for printing with common eco solvent, solvent,
UV curable and latex based inks. Processing: We
advice sufficient drying time of the print before further
processing.

Budget laminate for everyday general signage. Available in
Gloss or Matt. For ease of application of vinyl signs and
protection against dirt, scratching and chemicals for use
in flat applications. 2-3 years.
EMBLEM FLOGRA2 is a special structured laminate for the guarding
of prints for floor advertising with anti reflex surface. The solvent-free
adhesive is characterised by a high colour neutrality and provides by this
means genuine colours. The structured surface of the film assures an
anti-slip protection and has a low level of soiled and will not get dirty so
quickly. The structured surface of the film is tested acc. DIN 51130 and
got a slide resistance of R10. The solvent free adhesive is characterisedby a high colour neutrality and provides by this means genuine colours.
The lamination film is for cold lamination processing. The durability of a
final laminated floor protection amounts up to 6 month. It can be shorter
because many factors influence durability. The user should perform selftests.

Frontlit Banner Matt
EMBLEM SOFB500MFR is a special coated, calendered PVC-banner
for digital printing with solvent and eco solvent inks. The finish is coated
with acrylic varnish making it smooth and homogenous. Prints have
brilliant colours. The main field of application for this material is the
production of promotion banners for short and medium term outdoor
advertisements. The SOFB500MFR can be eyed, glued and sewed. It
is weldable (hot and high-frequency).

Rollup PP Film
EMBLEM SOROPPF is a tear-resistant polypropylen film with a
special coating for solvent and eco solvent inks. The coating allows
brilliant photo quality printing, short drying time and high saturation.
SOROPPF is fully waterproof and most scratch resistant. With
SOROPPF it is possible to achieve high-end presentation quality with
bright colours and very good contrast. The prints are characterized by
minor reflections. The back side of SOROPPF is grey coated. The high
opacity allows an unlimited use as rollup film.
So Flat Grey Blockout PVC
‘So Flat’ the ultimate lay flat Grey Blockout for roll-up and many other
display applications. This is a super smooth scrim-less 440gsm PVC /
Polyester material. Achieve fantastic high resolution print quality on all
solvent, Eco solvent, Latex and UV systems not to be confused with
cheaper alternatives, lamination is not required.

Solvent Pop Up Film 410
This product is a tear-resistant polypropylenfilm with a special coating
for solvent and eco-solvent inks. The coating allows briliant photo
quality printing, short drying time and high saturation. SOPFPR is fully
waterproof and mostly scratch resistant. The coating allows high-end
presentation quality with bright colours and a very good contrast.
The prints are characterized by minor reflections. Typical applications
are: RollUp displays, signs for in- and outdoor, POS advertisement,
photoreproduction, displays.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Buy one kit for REGULAR or XL Gallery Wrap stretcher bars once. Each kit includes 4 plastic corners to position the adhesive stretcher bars
onto the canvas that will be reusable for all you canvas stretching operations. For producing frames, order the appropriate bars to your distributor. It will come with the corresponding number of corner braces and staples. Material: Ideally works with canvas but also with laminated

1.Before you start cutting material, make a cuting test and adjust the adjust the force of your plotter to avoid
a broken blade tip.
2. Use the correct blade angle according material that you want to cut.
3. Is recommended to use a different blade to cut each type of materials.
4 . If the blade needs to be cleaned, you can use any low density lubricant to remove the rusting.
5. You should check and/or replace the Telefon cutting strip of your plotter every 6-12 months to prevent ruts on it.
The ruts affect the good perfomance of the blades and may damage the blade holder in extreme cases.
6. Watch your speed, if you want to cut a little sign is recommended to reduce it to get better results.
7. Adjust your plotters offset to cut different thickness of materials, incorrect offsets result on paths
not being cut properly.

“Yellowipe Air” has special air cushions in its structure to soak up twice as
much water as usual toweletts, but still they are tear-resistant.
The fibers in the structure aren’t flat because they have never been under
any kind of pressure! As a result they seem to be thicker than ordinary
towelets. Another great feature is, they are more gentle on your skin.
Because of its unbelievably good capacity of sucking up fluids you need

All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated and subject to the addition of VAT (Value Added
Tax) at the current rate
2. Availability & Price Guarantee
Prices are correct at time of going to print. Magco Plastics does, however, reserve the right
to amend prices, for example following manufacturers price changes, or in the event of major
foreign exchange fluctuation.
3. Deliveries
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery. Claims for damages will be accepted only if
Magco Plastics Ltd. is given notification within three days delivery.
4. Title to Goods
Magco Plastics & Supplies Ltd. shall retain ownership of all goods supplied until the customer
has made payment, in full, for the goods.
5. Credit Terms
Credit terms are offered subject to approval. Invoices are payable one calender month from the
month of the invoice / statement.
6. Errors and Omissions
