OUR APPROACH
At JC Resorts, we understand that
aligning our mission with our four
constituencies; our guests, our employees,
our communities and our stakeholders, is
paramount. We keep in mind, at every turn:
• Provide an exceptional experience for
every guest
• Take pride in the exemplary training
and equitable treatment of each of our
employees
• Maintain and enhance the investment
• Partner with our communities
• Drive growth in stakeholder value
• Bring passion, integrity and dedication
to everything we do

RESORT AND ASSET
MANAGEMENT
EXPERTISE
JC Resorts leverages its in-depth
knowledge of luxury hospitality and
golf operations to continually assess
and redirect resources as necessary,
optimizing the potential for each resort,
each course and each space. We are
prudent fiscal managers and keep a
keen eye on maintaining, protecting and
enhancing real estate assets.
We are skilled at design and remaking
underperforming elements of the
operation, in order to create viable
solutions that drive revenue, establish
market competitiveness and ensure guest
expectations are exceeded.
We apply careful analysis to create profit
centers that delight and enhance the
guest experience.
13
CULINARY
EXPERTISE
At JC Resorts, we recognize the culinary
experience is an essential element to
a perfect getaway. We understand
that a well designed space, menu and
progressive culinary talent should also
extend to local clientele and drive more
revenue to the bottom line. Two recent
projects demonstrate how we craft the
personality, style and product to make us
the market leader in each of our resorts.
The Veranda Fireside Lounge & Restaurant
is a key example of this philosophy. What
was always a pleasant dining experience
was tranformed into a vibrant ambiance
designed for communal dining where a full
program of dining events and live music
that keeps resort guests on-site while
also attracting local diners. Restaurant
revenues which have increased 32% are
testament to the effectiveness of the
concept.
AVANT is another signature dining
project taken on by JC Resorts. The
result of a $2.4 million remodel of the
space inhabited for years by the revered
El Bizcocho, AVANT replaced the formal
dining experience with a forward-looking
restaurant serving natural and locally
harvested ingredients in a fresh space
featuring an indoor-outdoor patio, a
large bar, private dining rooms and an
instructional kitchen.
We have the experience, culinary talent
and strategic vision to make your food
and beverage operation a profit center.
14
RESORT
RECREATION
EXPERTISE
Each JC Resorts property is carefully
crafted with relaxation and guest
satisfaction top of mind. We believe that
resorts should offer guests the chance
to escape and to find an oasis from their
everyday lives. Beautiful interior spaces
and landscaped grounds create a sense
of calm. Serenity is achievable and the
spirit enlivened through a variety of dining
options, state-of-the-art resort spas and
exceptional recreational choices. We
have found that by creating a memorable
experience, we have nurtured the soul and
have earned a customer for life.
