The HOBIS Hungary Ltd. is the subsidiary of the HON Nabytek s.r.o. (Opava, Czech Republic).
The mother company is the biggest office furniture producer in Czeck Republic which has ISO
9001 and ISO 14001 qualifications. The HOBIS Hungary Ltd. is the exclusive distributor of the
manufacturer as a local producer agency in Hungary. The HON furniture company is presented
in more than 20 countries in Europe by the means of extensive sales network of AJ Produkter
(Hyltebruk, Sweden) and has international references from several European countries.
The high-class quality EGGER panels ensure the base of our furniture that’s why according to
the Customers’ conceptions we can undertake the producing of different coloured products outside
of the standard colour selection. The EXNER furniture range has 8 basic colour finishings
(brown nut, natural light oak, light maple, alder, cognac, light pear, light grey and teak) the HOBIS
product line has 8 basic colour finishings (sour cherry, birch, cherry, beech, alder, calvados,
black and grey).
The high-quality materials and the modern technologies make 5 years’ guarantee possible to
our laminate products.

The Exner furniture Company (www.exner.cz) started making furniture in 1914, was first
registered as a cabinet-making firm, only later to focus on the bedrooms and living rooms and in
the past 20 years high-quality office furnitures were made by the company. Implemented in
1993, and ever since technological development has enabled the preparation of high quality office
furniture.

In the 2004 strategic shift, the high-quality managerial / operational furnitures marketed under the
name of Exner-, the high quality operational furnitures were marketed under the name of Hobis,
began to be established as the legal successor of the Exner Furniture Factory under the name of
HON Furniture Factory.

1. Metal-leg tables
1.1 The desks lines of Exner
The lightness of the tables allow comfortable, ergonomic workstation design, made of
wooden legs or even sheet metal configurations.
The specially designed metal legs allow draining of the cables are hidden from the floor up
to the table.
The design of the metal legs allows for multiple tables, or table parts can be connected
simple to each other.
The tables are made of high quality, 25 to 40 mm thick MFC melamine boards with 3 mm
ABS edge in brown nut, natural light oak, light maple, alder, cognac, light pear, teak and
grey colours.
The advantage of the metal legs tables that
- a fixed base may be 72 cm high, or can be leveled from 62 to 85 cm

1.2 The desk lines of Hobis
Worktops are made from 25 mm thick melamine boards with 3 mm thick ABS edges
providing the desks with protection againts scratches and mechanical damages.
Cable outlets allow cable management to be directed under the desktop. Combining the
extensive colour finishings of HOBIS – STANDARD, NOVEL and INTEGRAL desks line (sour cherry, birch, cherry, calvados, alder, beech, grey and black) and the item selection
(35 several items) with the unique manufacturing ensure a very wide-ranging versatility and
ergonomic design that You can able to settle into your office the way You want.
On the wooden leg, or the connection of the black or grey metal legs to the cable channels
to form a self-supporting pedestals. Large amount of cable can be easily deduced from the
table and through the legs and to the floor. The metal legs are provided with optional colour
(blue or black) plastic covers and are height adjustable, which is ideal for uneven surfaces.

2. Cabinets
2.1 The cabinet lines of Exner
The parts of the cabinets can easily be combined with each other and a wide range of
elements allow development of small -, and large air-space offices according to the
demands.
The cabinets are available in the following widths: 40, 80 and 120 cm, which are available
in three different heights. The 120 cm wide cabinets can be assemblied with metal shelves,
which is great against the huge loads.
The top and bottom sheets are 25 mm thick, the side and back panels made from 18 mm
thick MFC melamine board with 2mm ABS edges.
The wooden doors and shelves are equipped with 2 mm thick ABS edge, the thickness of
the shelves are 25 mm, the capacity - in case of uniform load - 150 kg / m². Claw holders
hold the shelves that prevents the shelves can be slided from the cabinet.
The doors are fitted with high-quality Blum hinges, so we offer a lifetime warranty for them.
There is possibility to take filling cabinet inside the cabinet, the doors made from melamine
boards, glass but can also be configured for roll.
The practical design makes cabinets can be used stand-alone unit or partition walls.
2.2 The cabinet lines of Hobis
Structural elements of the cabinets made from 25 mm thick (top-, bottom panels) and 18
mm thick (side-, and back panels) melamine boards. Thanks to their smart design, the
cabinets can be also used as freestanding units.
The visible side of the top-, and bottom panel of the cabinets have 3 ABS mm edges, the
other edges of the cabinet are equipped with 1 mm thick ABS edges, which ensure that the
furniture is protected againts scratches and mechanical damages. The tops and bottoms of
the body are extended by the side panels of 2 cm, so the doors are protected from possible
mechanical damages.
The shelves are made from 25 mm thick melamine board and can be changed their position
in several grades. The edge of the shelves are 2 mm thick ABS, the capacity - in case of
uniform load - 150 kg / m².
The doors are fitted with high-quality Blum hinges, so we offer a lifetime warranty for them.
Outside of the solid and glazed doors – roll doors cabinets are in our cabinet assortment.
The doors are fitted with a powder slat on one side, and lockable.

Pedestals:
3.1 The pedestal lines of Exner
The plastic drawers of the pedestals made by Blum , so we offer a lifetime warranty for
them.
The containers are essential of a modern office, assist the mobile work environment while
ensuring professionalism.
The top of the pedestals is 25 mm thick, the sides, bottom and back panels are made from
18 mm thick melamine board. The body of the drawer is made from metal.
Sliding mechanism have an integrated “stop-control” system, which means that you can not
open more than one drawer at a time, thereby preventing forward tipping of the container.
2 mm thick ABS edge of the container protect the drawers againts scratches and
mechanical damages.
The basic accessory of the container is an utensil drawer for one drawer (for more drawers
can be ordered separately).

3.2 The pedestal lines of Hobis
The top of the pedestals is 25 mm thick, the sides, bottom and back panels are made from
18 mm thick melamine board. The body of the drawer is made from 18 mm thick melamine
board.
We offer 2-3-4-5 drawers pedestals according to their design, be placed under the table
(pedestals with 2-3-4 drawers), or next to the table with the same height like the desk
(pedestals with 2-3-4-5 drawers).
2 mm ABS edges protect the pedestals from mechanical and dynamic damages.
The basic accessory of the container is an utensil drawer for one drawer (for more drawers
can be ordered separately).
