hagenauer GmbH was founded in Immenstadt (Germany)
in 1989. Our helm has remained there to this day, wherever
in the world we are currently working for our clients.
The origin of all our enterprises was a carpenter’s workshop.
The furniture made there, primarily for the 4- and 5-star
hotel business, impressed not only by its quality. That
budget and schedules were always precisely observed was
another argument why clients would soon request other
finishing services from us as well. Within a few years, we
hence grew to become general contractor for all types of
construction, finishing and furnishing projects.
From day one we have committed ourselves to special
values. Beyond the quality of our work and the expertise
of our staff and partners, our prime assets are honesty and
reliability. Agreements once made are always binding.

Austrian FF&E specialist hoterio, because we want to fulfil
every possible wish of our growing customer base, all over
Europe and beyond, in the matters of furniture and equipment as well. Without any detours, as cost-efficiently as
possible and in premium quality. No matter whether we are
entrusted with a comprehensive major contract or a sub-project, we flexibly arrange ourselves the exact way that will be
most efficient for the implementation of a specific project.

Over the years, we have acquired the expertise to operate
as general contractor for other types of construction, finishing and furnishing projects that have to meet equally high
standards. These range from hospitals and upscale commercial properties to luxurious apartments and residential
buildings. We have accumulated all the experience required
for any construction and refurbishment measures and established an important network of qualified subcontractors.

Every customer should get the furnishing that perfectly matches their
property in style and size. We provide
you with our expert: mebloform. The
company was founded in 1935 in the
traditional furniture region of Kalwaria,
Poland. In 2010 it became a member of
the hagenauer group. Each individual
piece of furniture is made with great
craftsmanship using the latest machines
and technology. Only the best materials
are used and the entire manufacturing
process is closely monitored. As a result,
we are able to ensure the highest quality
and longevity of all productions.
mebloform produces furniture for clients
all over Europe and in Australia and
Japan. Reliability and punctuality are
as self-evident for the mebloform

This is true for 5-star hotels just as it is for any other upscale project. hoterio
is the hagenauer group’s FF&E specialist and is based in Austria. This experienced
company knows how to perfectly implement our customers’ creative concepts
and provides customised turnkey solutions on time within the agreed budget,
as can be expected from any hagenauer group company.
OUR STAFF
In spite of all their diversified talents, qualifications and nationalities, our staff have outstanding common characteristics, particularly in terms of an extraordinary level of motivation and a
distinctive sense of responsibility. We are most proud that many
of them have worked for us for decades already. Our younger
staff – just like our customers – benefit from their vast wealth
of experience.
Virtually all construction, renovation, finishing
and furnishing works are covered by our range of
services: deconstruction, structural works – shell
and core, facade works, technical facility equipment, fittings, furnishings (FF&E – furniture, fixtures & equipment) and furniture manufacture.
As a general contractor, we assume responsibility for the overall realisation of any
construction, finishing and furnishing work
commissioned.
In order to always stay as flexible and
cost-efficient as possible, we commission
subcontractors to carry out a number of
specific tasks. We have been collaborating
with most of them for many years, so we
can be sure of their particular reliability.
No matter how many companies are working on a particular project, we are the
contact for our clients at all stages. We run
the complete project management – from
calculation and detailed planning to local
project and site management. This way we
are at all times in the position to make sure
that all the work will be handed over fully
completed on the agreed date, within the
given budget and in excellent quality.

We accomplish even the most
complex works in incredible quiet.
Whoever checks in at a luxury hotel wishes not to be bothered, certainly not by noise.
All finishing and refurbishing measures are performed by us as unobtrusively as ever
possible while business continues as usual. Our staff and subcontractors are very experienced
in turning a worn building into a prime establishment again – as if on tiptoes. Of course,
clients from any other sector whose business also needs to go on uninterrupted benefit from
our comprehensive expertise in refurbishing while everyday routines continue.

It is sometimes necessary to resort to drastic means when wanting to steer
an old structure on course to a brighter future. Substantial refurbishment leaves
hardly any brick untouched. Historic hotels, office buildings or other commercial
properties will be completely deconstructed – right down to their basic structure.
Based on this, we will then restore them into a state that is as good as new.
We equip properties with trendsetting technology and state-of-the-art
installations to also make them compliant with modern standards in safety
and convenience. Despite all innovations, the particular charm of
a traditional building will remain unscathed – that we ensure.
