MIlwaukee, WI - Regarded as one of the
country’s most renowned leather artists,
Howard Knight will once again captivate
Harley-Davidson® and Harley riders, with
his extraordinary one-of-a-kind masterpieces he creates to ride and to wear. Legendary for creating what still holds the record
for the most expensive pair of cowboys boots
ever made ($106,000) Knight’s exceptional
work caught Harley’s attention a few years ago
when he invited to be a special exhibitor at their
2011 Rally at the Harley-Davidson Museum.
Since then, the world of custom leather work for
motorcycles has seen a new standard set. Knight’s
presence the following year at the 2012 Rally furthered his reputation for creating motorcycle leathers
to ride and to wear beyond all expectations. His work
is now in demand from across the country and around the
world.
This year, Knight’s work will be featured on three entries in HarleyDavidson’s 110th Anniversary Custom Bike Show, all of which are vying
for the coveted Willie G. Award to be presented on Sunday, September
1st at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Knight’s work will be featured on
the “Hobbit Bike,” entered by Tim Hedrick, on Ted Fleisners entry as well
as on Julian Correa’s. The leather tooling and design an these entries is
spectacular.
