more than 1.500 m², encouraging the re-balance of
body and mind. A place to recover strengths, take care
of the body and of finding time for oneself.
We believe it is vital for us to identify ourselves with
our origin and use regional resources. The philosophy
of our spa should be reinforced with the use of local
materials like wood, stone and glass to create a place
dedicated to relaxation and well-being.

and LansMed. You can also buy these products in
our Black SPA shop. Our SPA receptionists are at

Booking of treamtents
To have time is very precious. Therefore we recommend to book your treatments already together with
the reservation of your hotel room to be able guarantee your preferred appointments.
Treatments
We recommend to be at the spa five minutes before
your treatment starts. Our therapists will meet you at
the spa reception. Please note that we are not able to
extend the treatment in case of your delay.
Clothing
Please put on your bathrobe. To protect your privacy
you will provided a disposable slip and carefully covered.
Health
To be able to cater your needs at the best, we kindly ask you to inform us about your wishes, possibly
pregnancy and any discomforts already at the time of
booking.
Consideration
The Black SPA is a place of silence adn relaxation.
Please note that no cell phones are allowed considering other guests. Smoking and drinking of alcohol are
forbidden in the spa.
Cancellation of appointments
A cancellation of treatments can only be made 12
hours in advance. Afterwards we have to charge the
treatment.
Children in the Black SPA
A silent and relaxing atmosphere in the Black SPA is
a requiremnt for recreation. Therefore we ask the parents to consider the following:
Access to the rooftop pool only for adults. Children
also due to safety reasons - have no access to the
rooftop pool.
Children under the age of 16 only have admittance
to the indoor pool from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We ask the
parents to supervise their children.
The sauna and fitness centre are reserved for adults
only.
