How to Enter for Prizes
Q
uest Clue Booklets must either be dropped off at the Planning and Parks Department
(8 am – 4:30 pm) prior to August 15, 2015 or dropped off at the August 15, 2015
Wild About Parks Quest Finale event by 2:00 pm at Leonard J. Yahr County Park (7999
Orchard Valley Road).
Department staff will review the clue booklets to determine eligibility for prizes.
Department staff will fill out an entry card with the Explorer’s name, address, phone and
email and put the entry into the appropriate prize drawing box. One entry will be placed
in the appropriate prize drawing box based on the number of clues completed and one
entry will be placed in the kayaking package prize drawing box.
All submitted Quest Clue Booklets will be stamp dated on the front cover after prize
eligibility is determined and returned to the Explorer. Department staff will draw one
name from the prize drawing box for each prize at 2:30 pm, August 15, 2015 at Leonard
J. Yahr County Park (rain date of August 16, 2015). Except for the kayaking package,
Explorers do not need to be present to win prizes and winners will be notified by
phone that they have won a prize. Prizes must be picked up at the Planning and Parks
Department by August 31, 2015.
