1) Plug the USB Dongle into USB Port #1
on the PS3 console.
2) Turn on the console.
3) Open the battery compartment and
insert 2 x AA batteries.
4) Press the “Home” Button to power
on the Freedom Racing Wheel.
5) The FR-1 will automatically select a
channel and an LED will light.
6) Now you can enjoy all of your racing
games with a Gioteck Freedom Wheel!
Press & hold the “Home” button
for 5 seconds to activate pairing
at any time.
2) Turn 120° Left/Right for an effective
steering angle. (Note: If you turn the
wheel more than 120°, the steering will
default back to the neutral position.)

The Channel LEDs will flash rapidly
when the battery charge is low. You will
need to replace with new batteries.

EFFECTIVE TURNING ANGLE
MOtion Sensing Mode
The default setting for the Motion Sensing
Mode is the Left 3D Stick.
Motion Sensing Calibration
To calibrate your FR1 follow the
instructions below:
To change Motion Sensing from the
Left 3D Stick to Six Axis Mode:
1) Place it on a flat surface.
1) Press and hold “Select” with “the down
arrow on the D-Pad” for 5 seconds.
2) The Power LED will flash slowly
3 times to indicate the change.
3) To change back to the default setting,
repeat the process above.
Note: Once the power is off,
all program settings will
reset to default.
2) Press and hold the “Select” & “Home”
buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds
3) All four channel LED's will light.
4) Press the “Start” button to calibrate.
5) Once calibration is complete,
the LED's will turn OFF and the
assigned channel LED will light.

Troubleshooting
i) In some games the racing wheel
must be assigned to Port 1.
To assign The FR-1 to Port 1, press and
hold the “Home” button. The Channel
LED will indicate when the channel
assignment is successful.
ii) The Pedals do not seem to work.
Make sure the trigger pedals have not
been reprogrammed – Please follow the
instructions in the “Reassigning Trigger
Pedals” section.

1) Branchez le dongle USB dans le port USB #1 de la console PS3.
2) Mettez la console sous tension.
3) Ouvrez le compartiment à piles et insérez 2 piles AA.
4) Appuyez sur le bouton Home pour mettre sous tension le
volant de course liberté totale.
5) Le volant FR-1 sélectionnera automatiquement un canal et
une DEL s'éclairera.
6) Vous pouvez désormais apprécier tous vos jeux de course
grâce au volant de course liberté totale de Gioteck !
Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé le bouton Home pendant
5 secondes afin d'activer l'appariement à tout moment.
FONCTIONNEMENT
MISE SOUS TENSION
Pour mettre le volant FR-1 sous tension, appuyez une fois sur le
bouton Home et le voyant s'allumera.
MISE HORS TENSION
Pour mettre le volant hors tension, appuyez et maintenez enfoncé
simultanément les boutons “Select” et “O” pendant 5 secondes.
Remarque : le volant FR-1 s'éteindra automatiquement s'il
est déconnecté de la console PS3 pendant au moins 30 secondes.
MODE VEILLE
Le volant FR-1 passera en mode Veille s'il est inactif pendant
5 minutes. Pour quitter le mode Veille, appuyez une fois sur le
bouton Home.
RÉGLAGE DE LA SENSIBILITÉ
Pour régler la sensibilité, faites glisser le curseur de sensibilité
au niveau souhaité. Remarque : le réglage de sensibilité ne
fonctionne pas en mode Six Axis.
BATTERIE FAIBLE
Les voyants de canaux clignoteront rapidement lorsque le niveau
de charge des piles est faible. Vous devrez les remplacer par des
nouvelles piles.
COMMANDE D'ANGLE DE BRAQUAGE
1) Inclinez le volant à plus de 30° pour activer la technologie
d'angle de détection de braquage.
2) Tournez le volant à 120° à gauche/droite pour obtenir un

SETUP

SCHLAFMODUS
Das FR-1 wechselt nach 5 Minuten Inaktivität in den Schlafmodus.
Zum Beenden des Schlafmodus die Home-Taste einmal drücken.
EMPFINDLICHKEITSANPASSUNG
Passen Sie die Empfindlichkeit an, indem Sie den
Empfindlichkeitsregler zur gewünschten gewünschte Stufe
schieben. Hinweis: Die Empfindlichkeitsanpassung wird im
Six Axis-Modus nicht unterstützt.

Výchozí nastavení pro režim citlivosti pohybu je Left 3D Stick.
Změna citlivosti pohybu z Left 3D Stick na režim šesti os:
1) Stiskněte a podržte tlačítko pro výběr a šipku dolů na
D-ovladači po dobu 5 sekund.
2) Napájecí LED 3x pomalu zabliká, tím indikuje změnu.
3) Chcete-li se vrátit do výchozího režimu, zopakujte postup výše.
Poznámka: Jakmile se vypne napájení, všechna
programová nastavení se vrátí do výchozího stavu.
Kalibrace citlivosti pohybu
FR1 kalibrujte podle níže uvedených pokynů:
1) Umístěte jej na plochý povrch.
2) Stiskněte tlačítka pro výběr & “Start” najednou a podržte 5 sekund.
3) Všechny 4 LED pro kanál začnou svítit.
4) Kalibrujte stisknutím tlačítka start.
5) Jakmile je kalibrace dokončena, LED zhasne a začne
svítit přidělená LED pro kanál.
Odstraňování problémů
i) Závodnímu volantu musí být v některých hrách přidělen port 1.
Chcete-li přidělit FR-1 portu 1, stiskněte a podržte tlačítko
pro návrat. LED pro kanál bude indikovat, zda je přidělení
kanálu úspěšné.
ii) Pedály nefungují. Přesvědčte se, zda spouštěcí pedály nebyly
přeprogramovány - Postupujte podle pokynů v části "Nové
určení spouštěcích pedálů".
