The Columbia Group (TCG) holds a prime Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Blanket
Purchase Agreement (BPA) under Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Command’s Commercial Enterprise Omnibus support services (CEOss) program. TCG’s CEOss contract is under
the Acquisition, Logistics and Administration (ALA) domain.
For the FY10 season, The Columbia Group selected seventeen new subcontractors, and retained
eighteen of its original subcontractors. Partner selection was based on the company’s commitment
to client service, its expertise in respective areas, its outstanding reputation within the acquisition
and logistics community, as well as its multi-faceted technical capabilities.
In addition to partnering with Fortune 500 industry leaders, we also targeted Small Disadvantaged,
Service Disabled, and Veteran, and Woman Owned businesses. Our team has the comprehensive

AM General,
LLC is divided

services. They produce the High Mobility Multipurpose
Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) and have delivered more than
180,000 of them to the U.S. Armed Forces and to more
than 50 friendly overseas nations. Their System Technical
Support (STS) group is the technical think-tank in automotive engineering design and while currently supporting the
HMMWV Light Tactical Family of Vehicles, they also provide

MCR Federal Support has emerged as
a strong program management support
contractor serving the defense industry
and providing performance-oriented cost
estimating and analysis services. They
have been successful in determining costs and benefits for
emerging high-end technology programs in the areas of
hardware, networks, and data storage, retrieval, and transmission technologies. In all cases, MCR deliverables (i.e.,
briefings, life cycle documentation, technical reports and
assessments, data collection surveys, and training classes)
have been effective in achieving customer objectives.
More than 50 percent of MCR employees have advanced
degrees and many are Certified Cost Estimator/Analysts
(CCEA).
NAVIGATOR Development Group,
Inc. is a Service Disabled Veteran
Owned Small Business whose expertise
is to develop, administer and integrate advanced business
solutions and lifecycle management processes for defense,
