company and its predecessor company have been developing in the Southeast since 1978 and is currently active in major markets throughout
Virginia, Tennessee, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. The partners of Childress Klein have led the planning, development, leasing
and management of over 42 million square feet of commercial real estate. The company owns assets in excess of $1 billion, including office
buildings, shopping centers, apartment communities, mixed-use developments, warehouses, manufacturing plants, personal storage centers,
distribution facilities and business parks.

Our expertise and experience is illustrated by the following achievements:
NEW CONSTRUCTION
Childress Klein achieved the very first LEED®Platinum certification under the 2.0 rating system when we developed the landmark 1.3 million square foot, 48
story Duke Energy Center. We developed Kingsley Park, the first LEED®Silver office building in Fort Mill, SC, and are currently developing a 450,000 square
foot LEED®Gold office campus for LPL Financial in Kingsley North in Fort Mill. Our Element Music Row high-rise apartment project in Nashville is being
developed as LEED®Silver .
LEED® EXISTING BUILDING OPERATION + MAINTENANCE
We have achieved Platinum or Gold certification for over 4 million SF of office property.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
All of our property managers, chief engineers and construction managers are required to obtain LEED® credentials. We currently have over 30
LEED® professionals on staff holding the AP or GA credential.
