for polysulphide (Thiokol) at high viscosity
Drums for basis comp. of lt. 200 - catalyst comp. of about 20 lt.
It allows to apply manually the sealant to the final closure of insulating glass.
Structure mounted on swivel wheel to facilitate the movement.
Volumetric pump to take the product.
Dosing system with a lever mechanism which allows the adjustment of the ratio between the two
components.
Hydraulic motor of pump of A Comp. Hydraulic power plant with pump, adjustable volume.
Pneumatic lifting device of the basis and catalyst product.
Pneumatic motor of pump of B Comp.
Mixing device with manual gun AP.
Pressure checking by manometers with security device.
High pressure hoses. Electrical panel with all controls
Heater plate and temperature checking It is possible to wash the mixer/gun with the basis
component with a simple operation or use the FREEZER (supplied separately).
