1100 Series Models
ProSpread apron box spreaders are built with tough, quality
components and are the ideal tool to meet the rigorous solid material
spreading demands of feedlot and dairy operations. The rooster comb
beater paddles are specifically placed for a uniform spread pattern,
excellent material break-up and dependable driveline operation.
The spread rate can be easily controlled from the tractor seat by
adjusting the apron speed with an optional variable-speed control
valve. This control provides efficient spreading of a wide variety of
solid materials and the ability to adjust for a quicker final cleanout.

ProSpread apron box spreader is the machine for you.
Heavy-Duty Rooster Comb Beaters
The solid construction features weldedon spades supported at two locations for
superior strength and reliability. Heavyduty, bolt-on rooster comb paddles are
fully replaceable and provide outstanding
spread performance.
ALL STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Reliable, Long-Lasting Performer
 The beaters and beater driveline are
protected by an easily-accessible shear
bolt. A full-length side shield covers the
beater drive shaft and provides protection for hydraulic hoses.
 The variable-speed hydraulic apron drive minimizes moving parts, provides
independent operation of beaters and
apron, and allows controlled, even
spreading of many different types of solid material.
 The pintle apron chain option provides high tensile strength to pull through heavy
material with little worry about breaking, while the T-bar chain option is simple, convenient and easier to service.
 The apron drive-shaft assembly includes self-cleaning, drop-forged steel sprockets welded to a high-strength steel shaft. This welded assembly has twice the strength of keyed sprockets.

Sturdy Box Construction
The rear A-frame and all-welded construction provide a solid framework for
these spreaders. This A-frame design
keeps the sides and beater panels
aligned. The all-welded construction
includes a reinforced tongue that pulls
directly from the axle for added strength
and durability.
The high-density, solid poly floor reduces
friction and winter freeze-down to provide
trouble-free service and long life. It offers
more durability than individual
tongue-and-groove boards.
The upper and lower side sheets overlap
in the floor and apron-chain area. This
provides added strength and doubleprotection against wear and rust through
in the most critical area of the spreader.
