No other dead loads permitted. 3. Non-trafficable maintenance access (concentrated load) of 140kg on any one panel has been allowed for (exceeding min. requirements of AS/NZS 1170.1:2002). 4. Distributed live load of 0.25kPa has been allowed for (as per AS/NZS 1170.1:2001). Fire Hazard Properties 5. Deflection limit of span/150 applies, and in accordance with Serviceability Limit State criteria per AS1170.0 – TABLE C1. 6. Fixing with 14g tek screws (or equivalent) at each rib are required. 7. Min. roof slope of 2 degree applies. 8. Extended span tables including cyclonic regions C&D and wind pressure acting inwards are also available. Refer Metecno®. 9. For FM Approved applications, a) a max. span of 1830mm applies. b) approved fasteners must be used. Refer Bondor. PIR: What is it? AS 1530.3 Indices Ignitability Index 0 Spread of Flame Index 0 Heat Evolved Index 0 Smoke Index 1 Polyisocyanurate (PIR) is rigid polyurethane foam made, as all rigid polyurethanes are, by mixing two chemical streams (isocyanate and polyol) with appropriate catalysts and a blowing agent. In PIR, the isocyanate-to-polyol ratio is greatly increased to create an ISO/ISO reaction that finely disperses a fire-retardant trimer throughout the foam. NB: MetecnoSpan® is manufactured using pentane as the blowing agent, which has zero ozone-depleting potential Acoustic Properties Rw value for MetecnoSpan® ranges from 24 to 25 depending on thickness. Refer Metecno® for your specific application. metecno ISSUE DATE: 1/07/11 For additional information, contact your local reseller.
