Remember, all of the IMLCA board members are committed to providing the best possible solutions for our community. We don’t always get everything exactly right, but are trying, and appreciate the support received. I want to reiterate what past BOD’s have stated, We need more Volunteers, this makes everyone’s job a bit easier, and we need some fresh blood in our thought processes. We are well aware of the issues with the Security, Gate Access, Vandalism, Roads, Snow removal, and Maintenance or Office issues as they pop up. We do review every comment or suggestion that is submitted, either by word of mouth, letter, email, or any other form of communication. Remember, the BOD meets once a month, and if the communications are not received in a timely manner we do not review or act until the next board meeting. It takes time to correct or enact procedures. Also any changes to our By-Laws / Rules & regulation, must be voted on by the general membership, and that is only done once a year, so please be patient, or follow up with the office if unsatisfied to see what is happening. There are those that continue to denigrate our BOD, and our community through email posts, and (continue on page two) any member in good standing (renters excluded) can review them. Please, come to the meetings, Listen, Question if necessary, and be assured that we are doing our best to keep things moving in the right direction. Each & every responsible question will be answered. Attend our meetings, decide for yourselves if we’re headed in the right direction, don’t just listen to the poison issued by someone that doesn’t have the nerve to face the BOD directly. I openly invite anyone to attend the meetings, and ask anything they want with regard to our community, and our BOD’s direction. I apologize for the strong word, and future messages will be more about the state of the community. President’s Message Submitted by Henry Olenderski (continued from page one) social media (which is their right) but do not have the decency to attend meetings, and air their halftruths, as they know they would be caught in their own trap. WE (IMLCA) are not about lying, we are all homeowners in this community, pay our dues, live with the same rules & regulations, were elected by you our peers, and “volunteered” our time. We are making progress, and have made some improvements, and continue to try to better the Community. Please, ask questions, don’t just assume the BOD knows everything, or the information posted by a disgruntled individual is correct. We all wish that Respectfully, Hank Olenderski this was a perfect world, unfortunately it’s not and, there are individuals that will try to bring down anything that’s not going their way. The IMLCA BOD is not here for that we’re here to serve our members, always remember that. We also realize that the past few years have been tough for many homeowners, and we have tried to make decisions that have hopefully reduced some of the stress with regard to personal situations. We have also been vigilant with member’s dues, our financials are available at each monthly meeting, and -2- OFFICE E-MAILS OFFICE HOURS Celeste Vasquez, Association Manager [email protected] CLOSED ON MONDAYS Rich Hyer, Codes Officer (WHEN A HOLIDAY FALLS ON A MONDAY [email protected] THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED THAT TUESDAY) Cheryl Daniels, Collections Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday [email protected] 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Nicole Huber, Citations Friday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm [email protected] Saturday - 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Tori Rasmussen, Accounts Payable CLOSED ON SUNDAYS [email protected] HOLIDAY HOURS: CLOSED ON - PRESIDENT’S DAY MEMORIAL DAY Linda Huber, Bookkeeper INDEPENDENCE DAY [email protected] LABOR DAY THANKSGIVING DAY DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING CHRISTMAS DAY NEW YEARS DAY CHRISTMAS EVE HALF DAY NEW’S YEAR’S EVE HALF DAY -3- -4- CITATIONS Submitted by Nicole Huber All Hearings and Decision letters pertaining to a citation that you or your guest were issued should b e read very carefully.
