The Caribbean Office of Co-Operative Architecture (COCOA) is an award winning firm founded in 2000 and has
since amassed an impressive portfolio of architecture and planning projects. Innovation and sustainability are the
core principles of COCOA’s design methods. Principals, Bryan Bullen and Trevor Bullen are design leaders whose
collec¬tive talents have spearheaded critically acclaimed projects which have garnered the firm a reputation for the
produc¬tion of a signature brand of contemporary architecture. COCOA believes that design excellence is achieved
through a dedicated and professional team. The firm uses state of the art software BIM or building information modeling that ensures integrated design and delivers high quality projects that has made COCOA preferred consultants.
Architecture:
COCOA undertakes the design and construction of new buildings and the renovation of existing structures. The firm’s
comprehensive design approach coupled with its attention to detail produces buildings that are timeless and built to
last. Our project management procedures provide a system of checks and balances that enables projects to meet and
exceed building specifications of the highest standards. COCOA’s keen ability to deliver projects on time and on budget has yielded the successful design of a wide range of commercial, institutional and residential projects, including
