Innovation and sustainability are the core principles of COCOA’s design methods. Principals, Bryan Bullen and Trevor Bullen are design leaders whose collec¬tive talents have spearheaded critically acclaimed projects which have garnered the firm a reputation for the produc¬tion of a signature brand of contemporary architecture. COCOA believes that design excellence is achieved through a dedicated and professional team. The firm uses state of the art software BIM or building information modeling that ensures integrated design and delivers high quality projects that has made COCOA preferred consultants.
