Welcome to the 31st Annual Parade
of Homes presented by the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa
and Walton Counties. This event has
evolved into the most important exhibition of new homes in the area and affords builders, subcontractors, suppliers
and service companies the opportunity
to showcase their talents and products.
Whether you are in the market for a
new home, have plans to build in the
future, or you are considering updates
on your current home, the Parade of
Homes gives you a unique opportunity
to view the latest designs, techniques
and materials.
This year we are excited to have Swift
Creek in Niceville as our central site
with Majestic Oaks and Lake Arthur
in Crestview as featured neighborhoods. You can visit the Parade houses
between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM Sunday
– Friday and 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on
Saturdays. The Parade Twilight Tour
will be on Thursday June 17 and all the
homes will be open until 8:00 PM. We
have provided area maps so that you
can plan your parade viewing route and
you can also download the maps from

Central Site
The perfect location, the perfect place to live...
that’s Swift Creek in Niceville. There are many
places to live on the Emerald Coast but none so
nice as Niceville. This is where small town living
means quality of life not lack of choices. Niceville
is tucked inland just enough to be off the beaten
path. Though minutes away from the beaches,
nightlife, and shopping, Niceville remains a community with a real small-town feeling.
The Swift Creek Community is a sanctuary
within Niceville. It’s a community where nature
has been preserved and nurtured. Home sites are
nestled amongst native trees and vegetation along
meandering streets and cul de sacs. The lot sizes
are from a third to half an acre. The nature trail
embraces this community along the perimeter
with fitness stops along the way.
The community park is a destination within
Swift Creek. Ponds and landscaped areas cover

Swift Creek owners and guests can also take a

The children’s park is a delight and located in
the central part of Swift Creek. The grassy play

little rocking animals on springs make the park a
wonderful place for children to play. There is also
a hopscotch grid imbedded in the sidewalk. The
sand play area has water pumps with troughs for
making castles without the waves to wash them
away.
The Swift Creek Community center is both
a wonderful place to play as well as entertain.
The center itself is a beautiful tropical living
room type setting with a bar and kitchen. The
sparkling pool is bordered on one side by outdoor kitchen area with grills and the other side
by a vine covered pergola providing shade for a
seating area. Beyond the pool you can see lush
landscaping and sidewalks that lead you to either
the tennis courts or half-court basketball area.
All of this just steps from your own home.
Also near Eglin AFB, Interstate 10, a regional
airport and excellent schools, Swift Creek
Community is the perfect location for military
personnel, business people from all walks and
families.
