This event has evolved into the most important exhibition of new homes in the area and affords builders, subcontractors, suppliers and service companies the opportunity to showcase their talents and products. Whether you are in the market for a new home, have plans to build in the future, or you are considering updates on your current home, the Parade of Homes gives you a unique opportunity to view the latest designs, techniques and materials. This year we are excited to have Swift Creek in Niceville as our central site with Majestic Oaks and Lake Arthur in Crestview as featured neighborhoods. You can visit the Parade houses between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM Sunday – Friday and 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturdays. The Parade Twilight Tour will be on Thursday June 17 and all the homes will be open until 8:00 PM.
