POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
MENU CONFIRMATIONS
In order for us to deliver the best quality, presentation and service, we ask that all menus and additions be received by 5pm three (3)
business days prior to each event. Please contact one of our Catering Sales Coordinators (206) 664-3139 for assistance.
Centerplate is the exclusive provider of food and beverage at Safeco Field. Thank you for observing this policy.
SPECIAL ORDERS
In addition to this group hospitality menu, our executive chef and his team are pleased to create a special menu for you. Any special
needs you or your guests may have, including food allergies, can be accommodated when ordered three (3) business days prior to your
event.
PAYMENT
Payment for your Group Hospitality food and beverage may be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card or Cash.
We do not accept checks. Centerplate requires payment method five (5) days prior to your game. Credit cards will be pre-authorized
three (3) days prior to your game. Final charges for upgrades will be charged after the game.
SERVICE CHARGE
A 17% service charge and applicable Washington State sales tax will be added to all food and beverage orders.
A portion of the service charge is divided among the catering staff; any additional gratuity is at your discretion.
ALCOHOL SERVICE
To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the local laws, we ask you to adhere to the following:
• Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of Safeco Field.
• It is the responsibility of the host or their representative to monitor and control alcoholic consumption for the event.
• Minors (those under age 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
• It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
• During some events, alcohol consumption may be restricted.
