COMMUNITY
Westhaven Town Center (Town Center) is the mixed-use village serving
Westhaven’s residential community and neighboring communities along the
Highway 96 corridor, three miles from downtown Franklin. Town Center,
like the larger community of Westhaven, has a traditional neighborhood
design, meaning visitors and tenants enjoy a slower paced shopping, working,
and entertainment experience that is pedestrian friendly and reminiscent of
mainstreet U.S.A.
Broad sidewalks, a lakeside promenade, ornate, architecturally distinct
buildings, and boutique vendors make-up this pre-World War II village with
design elements drawn from quaint commercial communities such as Pinehurst,
North Carolina.
In addition to a casual stroll through Town Center, area residents can enjoy a
full-service Harris Teeter grocery store, Vanderbilt healthcare practitioners, a
children’s day school , an upscale wine and spirits store, an electric car dealer-
ship, and a regionally famous pizzeria. Commercial space is also available for
small business owners and entrepreneurial endeavors.
