Dear MHS Athletics Parent:
As a parent of a high school athlete, you are aware of the ever increasing costs of maintaining a Division 1 level high school
athletic program. Every school year, over 700 students participate in at least one sport at MHS, and many participate in as many as
three or four sports in a school year. Despite cuts in the athletic budget over the past few years, MHS has been able to maintain the
quality of the athletic programs and continue to be competitive in the Classic 8 conference. With recent changes in state funding for
school districts, the budget challenges will be even more difficult in the coming years.
Since 2000, the Mukwonago High School Athletic Booster Club has provided over $300,000 in support of MHS sports.
Every team at every level has benefited from this support. Not only have individual sports teams benefited, but the Booster Club has
provided equipment and support for the athletic program in general.
The purpose of this letter is to ask you to consider supporting Mukwonago High School athletics by becoming a member of
the Mukwonago Athletics Booster Club. As a member you will be playing a significant role in continuing our strong support of the
MHS athletic programs.
Pot the basic membership fee of$40, if you and a guest attend only 4 events ($40 cost) you will cover the cost of the
membership, and the entire membership fee goes directly to support MHS athletics programs.

to provide.

MHS Booster Club Family Membership Options for 2013-2014 School Year
We have created special, limited rime options for you to become a member:
Basic Membership — $40.00 — Includes:
• Complimentary Sport Pass (a $120 value)
As a thank you for your membership donation, a complimentary pass will be given to all members. This pass entities the owner and
one guest to 12 varsity home event admissions. One to each sport that charges admission plus 2 "your choice" games.
• Recognition
You will be recognized as a member on the Booster Club website and in official Booster Club publications and signage.
Bronze Membership with Hat option — $60.00 — Includes:
• All the features of the Basic Membership, plus, a unique, exclusive Booster club hat, only available to Booster Club members or a
car window flag (while supplies last).
Silver Membership with Chair option—$80.00 - Includes:
• All the benefits of the basic membership plus:
A blue- or gold-metal framed, padded folding stadium seat with the Mukwonago Forever Indians and Mascot logo and
"Mukwonago Booster Club" imprinted on it. This stadium seat is perfect for sitting and watching sporting events. The chair may
be substituted with either a 3x5 Flag or a 2x3 Banner if you so choose.
Gold Membership~$100.00 - Includes:
• All the benefits of the Basic Membership plus the Hat or Flag from the Bronze Membership and the Chair or Flag or Banner option
of Silver Membership.
Pickup Instructions
Pick up Hats, Chairs, Flags or Banners at any Home Football game, at freshman orientation in the commons at
the High School on August 20* from 3-8 P.M., or August 20*, 27th, or28h &om 4-5 P.M. in HS commons.
