Ultra-slim aluminium profile just 6.8mm high by 10.5mm (0.4in) wide with a single
strip PCB using LEDs in White Spectrum™ or EQ™ performance grades.
High output V10S-13 model gives up to 1149lm per metre (350lm/ft) output while
V10S-07 model provides up to 634lm per metre (193lm/ft).
Ideally suited to concealed lighting applications such as coving, uplighting, shelves,
under ledges etc.
Length increments of 100mm (4in) up to 2005mm (6ft 7in) with plug-and-play
interconnectors allowing longer light runs. The unique rotation mount allows up to
90º rotation for light throw adjustment.

V10S can be installed in power-through configuration lengths up to 19.6' subject to maximum cable
size and length. Longer lengths can easily be achieved by running a parallel feed as shown in the
29.5' example below. Use only with maximum output 24 VDC voltage Class 2 power unit.

Voltage
V10S is rated to operate at 24VDC constant voltage. Its full operating range is 19.3 to 25.6 VDC.
Start-voltage is defined as the voltage measured at the furthest cable point away from the driver.
When calculating maximum cable size and length limits, installers must make their own checks to
ensure that the minimum start voltage is correct as shown in the table below.

Minimum start-voltage check point
1-10V / DALI / DMX
V10S is ideally suited to dimming (via a PWM interface) with a 1-10V, DALI or DMX control signal.
Maximum cable size and distance should be adjusted if using a dimming interface as shown in the
wiring example tables. Typical PWM interfaces can handle 5A allowing a maximum of 29.5' of
V10S-13 or 52.5' of V10S-07 per interface.

Drivers must be of constant voltage type providing 24VDC power supply. Recommended minimum
driver ratings are shown in the table above. It is recommended that only drivers with overload and
short-circuit protection are used. Use only with maximum output 24 VDC voltage Class 2 power unit.

Installation Notes
24VDC power supplies and dimming interfaces are often tested and verified to be EMI compliant with secondary cable lengths of up to
32.8' (shorter lengths on some devices). For cable lengths exceeding 3.28', EMI emissions should be verified in the application. When EMI
emissions exceed the allowed levels it may be possible to reduce them by using ferrite cores (not supplied).
24VDC cables should be shielded if longer than 32.8' total length. Recommended maximum cable lengths for dimmed circuits are
based on a typical dimming interface voltage drop of 0.3V. Installers should check the specific voltage drop of the interface they are
using and adjust cable length accordingly.
*Recommended cable lengths shown are based on average resistance for typical copper solid core cables. Cable characteristics may vary
acording to manufacturer, temperature, copper purity, connections etc. Installers must make their own checks to ensure that the minimum
start voltage is correct. The start-voltage check point is located at the furthest cable point from the driver.

LED Specification
White Spectrum™ LED
Vector LEDs with White Spectrum™ technology benefit from ultra-fine LED x,y bining coordinates
to precise specifications. Testing and control of these specifications gives very accurate control of
correlated colour temperatures (CCT). White Spectrum™ technology also allows us to offer our high
colour rendering index rating of 88 CRI (Ra) as standard for 2600K products.
Each 2600K Vector LED is ultra-fine binned from a defined x, y range bin area covering approximately
2 MacAdam steps. This is far smaller than the ANSI C78.377A Standard which equates to 7 MacAdam steps. This binning accuracy equates to a colour temperature precision of less than 2.0%
tolerance giving approximately +/- 50K.
White Spectrum™ is one of the leading global LED technologies. A typical warm white fine-bin from
another manufacturer is typically at least 40% larger than Lumino’s White Spectrum™ ultra-fine binning.

eQ™ LED
To compliment Lumino’s White Spectrum ultra-fine bining, eQ™ offers wider binning within defined
tolerances. eQ™ gives specifiers more choice and provides an economical solution where ultra-fine
bining is not essential for a project. Available in 2670-2870K and 3020-3220K, eQ™ can be specified for V10S-13 and V10S-07.
