Application of Lime Rock Resources III-A, LP, Requesting a reinstatement and
extension of the “Temporary Abandonment” Status for its Wyssbrod #1-25 Well,
located in Section 25, Township 5 North, Range 26 West, General Rule B-44
area, Logan County, Arkansas
Commissioners:
Lime Rock Resources III-A, LP, 1111 Bagby Street, 46th Floor, Houston, TX 77002,
hereby applies as follows to the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission for a reinstatement
and extension of the “Temporary Abandonment” status for its Wyssbrod #1-25 Well,
pursuant to Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission General Rule B-7(h)(1).

The Wyssbrod #1-25 Well is a vertical well operated by the applicant, completed
in the Middle Atoka Formations. The well is located within Section 25, Township 5
North, Range 26 West, Logan County, Arkansas. Limerock’s predecessor, SEECO,
Inc., was administratively granted Temporarily Abandonment status on June 15, 2012.
SEECO applied for, and received a Re-Instatement of that Temporary Abandonment
Status in Order Reference No. 203-2013-08. The well’s Temporary Abandonment
Status expired after June 15, 2015.

The applicant requests that the Commission re-instate the temporary abandoned
status for the Wyssbrod #1-25 Well and extend such status for a period of one (1) year
to allow the applicant, who as only recently purchased the well, time to fully evaluate
the well.

The Wyssbrod #1-25 Well is secure. Its location is well maintained, free of trash
or the possibility of environmental contamination and, therefore, there is no risk involved
in allowing it to continue to remain a temporarily abandoned well. The Applicant
therefore requests that the Commission reinstate the Wyssbrod #1-25 Well’s
“Temporary Abandonment” status and extend the same for a period of one (1) year.

Applicant requests this application be heard during the August 25, 2015
regular Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission hearing.
