Welcome to Colby’s Ice Cream, Bakery and BBQ located
conveniently just off I-390 Exit 11. We are proud to be open for
our 5th season serving the R-H and HFL community. Over the past
4 years we have changed a lot as a business as we try to be the
best place for food, fun and a good time in our community. Our
mission is to make Colby’s the summer time place to go for food,
ice cream and relaxation.
