Drip Feed Lubricators
A range of gravity and forced feed oilers for lubricating single or multiple points and for
use in conjunction with brushes to lubricate conveyor chains. Reservoirs are available in
plexiglas or glass and range in capacity from 14 cc to 3 litres. Solenoid operation and
timers are optional.
Lubrificateurs Goutte à Goutte
Une gamme de huileurs par gravité pour lubrifier un ou plusieurs points et en conjonction
avec des brosses pour la lubrification des chaînes. Les réservoirs d'une capacité de 14
cm3 à 3 litres sont disponibles en plexiglass ou en verre. Ils peuvent être équipés' d'une
vanne électrique commandée' par une minuterie.
Tropföler
Lieferbar sowohl als Schwerkraftsystem als auch als Drucksystem zur Schmierung
einzelner oder mehrerer Stellen. Bürsten als Zubehör ermöglichen die Schmierung
von Ketten. Vorratsbehälter von 14 ml bis 3l sind lieferbar in Plexiglas oder Glas.
Magnetventile und Zeitsteuerungen ermöglichen volle Automatisierung.

Within this range the OFF time must be twice as long as
the ON time. For example: 120, sec ON and 240, sec OFF.

Two types of spring operated greasers are offered for greasing in areas where it
is difficult to access or where constant pressure is required. The plexiglas model has
a reservoir capacity of 50 cc and the steel model 80 cc. A range of grease cups is also
available.

TYPICAL APPLICATION
Constant level oilers, depending on type are mounted into
either oil level plug or drain plug holes. The cut-off tube MUST
be vertical. Final oil level adjustments can be made by filing
the cut-off tube or in the case of the VABL by the adjustment
screw. To ensure the correct oil level, the gearbox MUST be
filled using the oil feeder tube of the constant level.

AUTOMATIC CONSTANT LEVEL SYSTEMS
The advantages of having the Adams RCL 7780 constant
level oiler incorporates a float operated "shut-off" valve
enabling it to be filled from a central reservoir. As the
pump loses oil, the pump and the constant level oiler
reservoir levels fall. The valve in the RCL opens taking
oil from the central reservoir, when the correct oil level
is reached, the float closes the valve. The system is
gravity fed using the central reservoir as a header tank.
Any number of pumps can be incorporated into an
automatic constant level system.

These units are used in industry to visually check the fluid level within a reservoir or gearbox. Vertical and angled oil level gauges are available in brass. Screw
in windows are available in various materials, the "drive-in" type is steel with
plastic window.
