Professional Buyer’s Guide 2015-16. This year,
and to mark Aqua Lung Canada’s 25th year of
operation, we have made it our biggest yet!
Aqua Lung introduced the world to SCUBA diving more
than 70 years ago when Jacques-Yves Cousteau and
Emile Gagnan developed the first “Aqua-Lung”. Today
Aqua Lung Canada is part of the same business family
which started it all back in 1943. Our core competence is
the development, manufacture and support of underwater
breathing apparatus and ancillary personal protective
equipment for marine use.

Our parent company, Aqua Lung International, is a
highly successful division of Air Liquide, a world leader in
industrial gases and services. Under this banner, the Aqua
Lung Group has developed a unique pedigree in Military
& Professional diving and aviation life support equipment.
We are a global organization and our facilities in North
America and Europe have world-class capabilities in
R&D, product design, and manufacturing. Group activities
are led by Aqua Lung America (formerly U.S. Divers) and
Aqua Lung France (formerly La Spirotechnique).
Aqua Lung Canada, in common with our sister companies
around the world, has a dedicated Military & Professional
(M&P) team with strong technical and operational
expertise. We supply and support specialized equipment
used by military, police and fire service dive teams,
commercial diving contractors and the aviation industry.
A key change for 2015 is that all drysuits, undergarments
and accessories, previously produced under the Whites
Manufacturing name, are now branded as Aqua Lung
Drywear. Aqua Lung drysuits continue to be made
with the same quality and craftsmanship that has been
associated with Whites for over 60 years. This Buyer’s
Guide includes an expanded Aqua Lung Drywear section.
For the past 25 years Aqua Lung Canada has provided

The Bailout Switch Block allows the diver to switch from a primary gas supply to an alternate bailout
gas supply (Emergency Gas Supply – EGS). The Switch Block is used with any diving helmet or full
face mask with a medium or low pressure gas supply. A key user-friendly feature of the Switch Block
is the is the mounting plate design - this allows easy placement and removal of the Switch Block from
the divers’s harness or BCD.

The Kirby Morgan Air Control System 5 (KMACS 5) is a lightweight portable control box for use
in surface-supplied air diving operations. The KMACS 5 controls the air supply, communications
(optional) and monitors the depth for 1 or 2 divers. There are 2 versions of the KMACS 5 panel - with
or without comms.

Authorized returns of saleable merchandise, other than shipments made in error, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge
