Ribbon Bead Nozzle
Finally, there is a convenient and reliable way to dispense flat beads or ribbons of sealant 1/8” thick X
2” up to 4” wide. Designed for applying air barrier sealants around window and
door openings, lap seals, wet flashings and bedding adhesives, our #1018-G01
nozzle works with all standard sausage, cartridge and bulk caulking guns.
Product Preview - C.A.T. Spatulas
It’s no longer necessary to grind down the tips of your caulking
spatulas! Thanks to Wayne BelCher of United Professional Caulking,
the Caulking Application Tool (CAT) line of wet tooling knives with an elliptical spline radius tip
allows you to efficiently tool wet sealant into the concave shape that sealant manufacturers and
ASTM C1193 specifies. Watch for an official announcement soon that Albion is distributing these in
both plastic and stainless steel models.
Rubber Loading Sleeve
This flexible rubber loading sleeve for 2” barrel guns makes bulk loading
neater and easier. The barrel threads stay clean because the mess is on
the sleeve, and the friction fit Nitrile rubber slides on and off easily.
Backer Rod Insertion Tool #640-5
Contractors don’t have to guess if their backer rod is set at the correct depth... the
#640-5 Backer Rod Tool is fully adjustable and places the rod precisely as specified
- and fast! The standard model includes 4 insertion wheels and 1 tamping blade.
Includes wheels for 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” and wider joints.

Superior Rental
NEW! Concrete Curing Box
The Concrete Cylinder Curing Box features a capacity of 22 test
cylinders 6 inch x 12 inch (150mm x 300mm) in size, equipped
with a 5,000 BTU heating/cooling unit, rated at 120 volts,15
amps, automatic temperature control, and a maximum /
minimum (high/low) temperature readout. Thermocure II is
capable of providing a protective environment for concrete
specimens within the ASTM, AASHTO and ACI specification
requirements.
Thermocure II is constructed of non-corroding materials. A
moisture proof seal is provided between the lid and body of the box; the back has three, five-inch
hinges with three securing latches capable of locking the box on the front of the lid. The box is
equipped with a digital readout, Fahrenheit or Celsius, adjustable thermostatic control, and is capable of maintaining a pre-set internal water
temperature within 2º F. within a range of 60º to 80º F. through an ambient temperature range of
-40º F. to 120º F.. (During the initial curing period, the specimens are stored in a temperature range
between 73º F. plus/minus 3º F., and in a moist environment preventing any loss of moisture up to
48 hours. )
A stainless steel rack is set above the bottom of the box to support cylinders in an upright
position. This rack and all temperature control elements are positioned to allow free circulation of
water around the cylinders. A combination hose connection and drain is provided at the lower front
edge of the box so that it may be drained or water may be circulated. A second drain is placed on the
box in such a position that when open will drain water to within 25mm over the top of the cylinders.
It is recommended to that Thermocure II be available at each site when concrete is placed and then
maintained until such time that all specimens have been transported from the project to the testing
facility. Total weight: 175 pounds, has grips or handles to facilitate lifting/carrying consumption.
