From Albany or Schenectady:
Take I-90 East across the Hudson River. Take EXIT 8 labeled
Defreestville and NY43. Follow NY43 for 8.3 miles. Aat the village of
Averill Park turn left at the CITGO gas station. Our entrance signs are
100 yards on the right. ( 20 minutes from downtown Albany)
From Troy
Take NY2 (Ferry Street / Congress Street) to NY66 (Pawling Avenue).
Follow NY66 for 9 miles until you come to NY43 (Cumberland Farms
Store). Turn Right onto NY43. In Averill Park bear right at the blinking
light. We are 100 yards on the right. ( 20 minutes from downtown Troy)

Legal beverages: We do not serve alcoholic beverages; you may bring your own.
Head count: A final head count is due two weeks before the date of your party.
Payment is due the Tuesday prior to your party.
Minimum party size is 50.
Deposit. $300 Deposits are non-refundable.
Agreement. Please sign the agreement and return it to us with your deposit.
Securing a date: A deposit is required to secure a date for your group.
Premises must be vacated no later than 9:00 p.m.
Luncheon Food is served for 2½ Hours – Your choice of start time.
All food will be provided by Crystal Cove. Any food served at Crystal Cove will be
provided by Crystal Cove.
