Density
--The Jesolo Project oherwise known as the
beaches houses uses a conceptural idea
that seperates the areas into low density
(ten stories on beachfront) and high density (Low rise at rear) presenting the opportunity to create differen senses of place
within the same area.
--The Beach houses is linked to a village by
a common architectural language creating a unique dialogue.

Sun Path/Orientation
--The Jesolo Project was purposely orientated facing the southeast so the residents can enjoy the sunrise in the east and
also enjoy the sunset in the west.
-At noon the sun is nearly perectly alligned with the structure.
-There is great emphasis on using mullion
windows that allows the sun to light up
the interior for natural lighting.
--Skylight is located in specific spots in this
structure for controlled natural lighting.

This project is tired together using a long
spine funning from the north to the south
which acts as a viewing corridor and public access walkway to the beachfront.
Most of the context to the west of the
structure is residential housing, to the
east is the lakefront.
Surrounding the Jesolo lido village is
greenspace/ public park for children to
play in.
There is a parking lot located directly
westward of the structure.
