to participation. I fully understand that soccer is a contact sport and that physical injury may
occur during the course of practice and games. As well I give my permission to the Dave Masur
St. John’s Soccer Camp to take and use photographs of me at the camp which I attend, to be used
for publicity about the program or other publications that the Dave Masur St. John’s Soccer Camp
finds appropriate. In the event that I cannot be reached I give my full permission for such medical
procedures as may be deemed necessary by an examining physician. I also understand that Dave
Masur and St. John’s University is not responsible for the loss of any personal items.

Going into our fifth year of camps at Montclair State University the Montclair Soccer Camps have
been a huge success!!
We have had wonderful feedback and have sold out every year. We have a caring and energetic staff
which includes the both the women’s and men’s coaches at Montclair State and numerous top High
School and Club Coaches from the area. Come join us for a fun filled week of soccer, swimming, video
and air-conditioned lunch and meeting spaces that enhance the overall camper experience.

All the game skills such as
dribbling, passing, control,
shooting and heading are covered.
Each day includes small sided games, practices and game
tactics. The day schedule also includes water slip-n-slide,
movies during lunch in air-conditioned lunch rooms.
Lunch rooms are also used in case of extreme heat or bad
weather. Photos are available to campers during week.
The camp is from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. each day. Campers should
bring a change of clothing for Slip n Slide and shin guards.
Lunch can be purchased morning of camp.
