SOFA STAIN
Description:
Sofa stain is a high quality stain, formulated from high-quality dyes which can be diluted with
water and thinner. It is very effective in coloring furniture and wood works as it emphasizes
the natural beauty of wood.
Technical data:

Raw Materials
organic dyes – special resins – solvents – additives.
Drying Time
Air temperature ( 20º C).
• Surface Drying: 2 – 3 minutes.
• Complete Drying: 5 minutes.
Mixing Ratio
5 – 10 ml Stain : 100 ml ( Thinner, Alcohol or water )
Application Method:
Dilute the stain with thinner, alcohol or water as following:
• 5 – 10 ml stain : 100 ml (Thinner, Alcohol or water).
• Spray Viscosity: 10 – 12 seconds using Ford Cup No. 4 at 25º C.
• Spray using Spray gun: Nozzle diameter (1.2 – 1.4 mm); air pressure (3 – 4 bar) or
using a piece of cotton.
• Number of Coats: 2 coats or depending on the desired color.
Surface Preparation:
• Ensure that the surface to be painted
is free from dust, grease and other
contaminations.
• For previously painted surfaces, all loose
paints must be thoroughly removed to
ensure the paint adhesion.

Description:
Sofa Polyurethane insulator (clear) is used to prepare wood surfaces before spraying
polyester paints. It is especially designed to insulate oils excreted by the wood pores.

Application Method:
• Spray using Spray gun: Nozzle diameter (1.5 – 1.8 mm); air pressure (3 – 4 bar) or
using a piece of cotton.
• Surface can be painted with polyester paint after 2 – 3 hours of painting the insulator,
and the insulator can be sanded before repainting polyester paint.
• Insulator must be sanded in case of drying more than 16 hours.

Description:
Vniwood Sealer is a high-build material to fill pores in wood surfaces. This product
is especially designed to prepare wood surfaces before using varnish and to produce
a smooth, hard, seal coat without any influence on natural wood grain. It boasts easy
sanding and superior adhesion without any effect on the wood color.

Application Method:
• Sand the surface well.
• Dilute sealer with ordinary Duco thinner till obtaining the desired viscosity.
• Apply using spray gun or a piece of cotton.
• Spray the first coat, and allow it to dry for about 5 minutes.
• Spray the second coat and allow it to dry well (35 – 45 minutes). Then, sand it with
sandpaper No. 320, to get a smooth coat ready for varnish application.

Modern Touch Sealer
Description:
Modern Touch Sealer is a high-build material formulated from nitrocellulose to fill pores in
wood surfaces. This product is especially designed to produces a smooth, hard, seal coat
as a foundation before using Duco varnish without any influence on natural wood grain. It
is characterized by high filling, easy sanding, and superior adhesion without any effect on
the wood color.

Description:

Clear Coat Varnish
Description:
It is a modified, clear alkyd varnish. It boasts superior gloss, high hardness, adhesion, and
supreme resistance to weather conditionsand home chemicals (alcohol, grease, and oils
….etc). It is used to paint wood works, including kitchens, furniture and boats.

Application Method:
• Apply Vniwood Sealer. After drying, sand the sealer with Duco sandpaper P 320.
• Repaint Vniwood Sealer multiple times to get a polished surface.
• Dilute the varnish with mineral or vegetarian oil by 5 – 10 % in case of using the brush
or benzene in case of spraying with the gun.
• It can be repainted after 16 – 18 hours of painting the first coat.

Description:
Vniwood Varnish is a high-quality Nitrocellulose varnish, based on specially-formulated
alkyd resins. This product boasts high transparence, excellent gloss, fast drying, superior
hardness and scratch resistance.
Technical data:
Application Method:
• Spray 2 coats of Vniwood Sealer, and then one coat of Jet Sealer. Sand the surface
well after complete drying.
• Apply Sofa Stain.
• Dilute Vniwood Varnish with a suitable Duco thinner to get suitable spraying viscosity.
• Apply it using spraying gun diameter nozzle (1.5 – 1.8) mm.
• Spray 2 coats of the varnish, leaving 5 – 10 minutes flash-off time between coats.

Description:

Application Method:
• To get the best crackle effect, you should follow these instruction:
• Spray duco paint (Midoduco – Jet) according to the required color.
• Dilute the Crackle paint with proper duco thinner: 20 – 25%.
• Spraying distance: 30 – 40 cm.
• Pressure: 1.5 – 2 bar.
• Nozzle diameter: 1.8 – 2 mm.
• In case of distance less than 30 cm, you can obtain wide crackle effect.
• In case of distance more than 40 cm, you can obtain narrow crackle effect.
