‘Grape Juice & Cocktails’ Shaken… not stirred, nor muddled, nor strained, nor diluted, nor chilled, nor garnished, nor rimmed, nor salted, nor dry, nor doubled, nor tall-glass-doubled, nor twisted, nor upped, nor rocks, nor dirty, nor frosted glassed… We have heard, seen & served it all. And that’s okay. But we want to tell you how we like our cocktails. Why we mix… our desire to provide original and unique recipes using fresh ingredients and staying away, as much as possible, from overly complicated and sugary drinks that hide the flavor of the spirit(s) in which that drink is based, and intended. We strive to use the highest quality ingredients; whether in our cocktails, our food recipes, or our culture. We feature over 27 different whiskeys and 16 bourbons; and encourage patrons to try higher end bourbons, gins, scotches, rums, tequilas and vodkas. Quality ingredients are not inexpensive for the craftsmen who take great pride in producing them. We cannot cut corners and try to fool the most educated customer base in history. So we don’t try to. Instead we celebrate together great local ingredients, and unique craft driven recipes that many don’t… and can’t do. The following recipes were created after many years of our great customer base providing feedback on what THEY wanted. Our passionate staff researching… and sampling unique recipes, and the ‘chef-like’ creative mind of our Bar Manager Shane Durie. We hope you will take the opportunity to try many of these great recipes, on multiple visits, as well as feel welcome to suggest recipes of your own that will challenge our mixology skills. Have Fun & Cheers! Benjamin MARTINIS: The Classic- Vodka or Gin, dry vermouth, shaken- not stirred! Try blue cheese-stuffed olives for an extra kick. Tito’s Vodka or Bombay Saphire Gin recommended. So Fresh, So Clean-tini- Luke's favorite! Hendricks gin with fresh cucumber and herbs with a twist of lemon. So refreshing. So delicious! The Cosmo-Tito- Classic Cosmopolitan with Tito's Vodka and a dash of pomegranate infusion. A new take on a classic martini. Glo-tini- Malibu Coconut Rum, Midori, pineapple juice and sours with a Chambord sinker. Sweet and beautiful like the lady it is named after! Sweet Tart- Orange and Citron vodka with Benjamin's fresh lemon-lime-orange-ade and a splash of Red Bull. Great on hot summer days! Caramel Apple- Tart and sweet apple martini in a caramel-streaked glass! Chocolate-tini- Creamy, sweet, chocolate-lovers dream come true! Muddled Rita-tini- Shane's famous muddled Margarita shaken and strained into a martini glass. With a sugar or salted rim. Peach Pomegranate- Light and peachy on the top, tart and sweet pomegranate on the bottom. A beautiful and delicious work of drinkable art! The Redneck-tini / Dixie Martini- Top shelf bourbon of your choice and ginger beer, shaken and strained with a twist of lemon. SANGRIAS: White Wine- Moscato, Peach Schnapps, pineapple, orange & cherry juice, lots of fresh fruit and a dash of sours! Red Wine- Pinot Noir, Jim Beam, simple syrup, pineapple and orange juice with fresh fruit! Apple Sangria- Pinot Grigio, Apple Pucker, apple and cranberry juice with fresh apples and cherries! Pomegranate Sangria- Moscato, orange vodka, pomegranate infusion, cranberry juice and yes… lots of fresh fruit! Sour Patch Sangria- Moscato, Citron vodka, grapefruit and pineapple juice with a dash of sours! Blush- A traditional Sangria made with White Zinfandel and none of the hard stuff (like all the others)! MARGARITAS: *Frozen or on the Rocks *Classic Cuervo Gold- Tried and true traditional margarita, with or without salted rim. *Grandma Rita- 1800 Gold tequila, Triple Sec, sours mix and a dash of both orange juice and pineapple juice, topped with Grand Marnier! Shane’s Authentic Muddled Margarita- Patron or Cabo Wabo, Grand Marnier, simple syrup and fresh fruit muddled together to make a true tequila-lovers margarita! *Jalapeno-infused Margarita- Espolon gold tequila infused with fresh jalapenos, pineapple and orange juice and sours makes for a spicy, yet remarkably refreshing margarita! *Pomegranate Rita- The Classic Cuervo Rita with a dash of pomegranate infusion and a sugar rim! Pico de Rita- Cuervo Gold and Triple Sec with fresh lemon and lime juice, diced tomatoes and fresh cilantro! Goes great with our famous Fish Tacos! (Make it a Spicy Pico by asking for Jalapeno-infused Espolon tequila) Prairie Dog Rita- This one takes Ben, Shane & Kim WAY back! Jalapeno-infused Espolon tequila with a splash of tomato juice and hot sauce with a cayenne pepper/salt rim & served with a pickle! If you like it hot, you’ll LOVE this Benjamin’s original! *Fresh Fruit Rita- 1800 Gold tequila, Grand Marnier and whatever fresh fruits we have in house. The possibilities are endless! (Ask your server/bartender what fruits are available). SWEET STUFF: Benwah Punch- Ben’s original fruit punch, on the menu since Day 1. Just like you had at Senior Prom! Fruit Basket- Shane’s fruit punch, with quite a PUNCH! Big Island Iced Tea- How we do an Iced Tea drink here in the South. Similar to a Long Island but, like us here in the South, a little sweeter and stronger! Fly Peach Tea- Peachy and sweet iced tea for grown-ups made with Firefly vodka, citron vodka, peach schnapps & amaretto and finished with lemonade. Moscow Mule- Tito’s vodka, ginger beer and fresh squeezed lime juice in a copper mug! Served with fresh mint in the warmer months! The Nancy Belden- Sailor Jerry rum, Coke or Diet Coke, a dash of pomegranate infusion and grenadine. Served with cherries and a lime wedge! Shane’s Bacardi Sour- A must-try! Bacardi clear rum with simple syrup and fresh squeezed lemon juice and an egg white, shaken hard over ice, then strained and topped with a dash of Angostura Bitters! Smooth, sweet & strong, just like Shane! The Lindsey Morris- 10 Cane rum, black raspberry liquor, cranberry juice, sprite and fresh mint (when available)! AFTER (OR BEFORE) DINNER/ DESSERT DRINKS: Classic Frozen Toasted Almond- Amaretto, Kahlua & Baileys blended with vanilla ice cream in a beautiful chocolate-streaked glass, topped with whipped cream! Down South ‘Nog- A Southern take on the Christmas staple, this nog has bourbon and dark rum, blended with vanilla ice cream, then topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg! Irish Coffee- Jameson Irish Whiskey and Bailey’s Irish Cream in your coffee? Yes, it is a great idea! Topped with whipped cream and a dash of Crème de Menthe! Bluegrass Coffee- Your choice of one of our 16 Kentucky Bourbons mixed with coffee, topped with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon! Irish Rooster Call- Hold on for this one! Jameson Irish Whiskey, Kahlua & a dash of Butterscotch schnapps blended with vanilla ice cream and served in a Red Rooster Coffee and Ancho chili- rimmed glass, then gently sprinkled with cinnamon! Woah! Grandma’s Hot Totty- A snifter of Grand Marnier with honey and an orange wedge served over a cup of hot orange tea! Be patient and let the tea heat the Grandma, then sip separately or together! Rare Turkey Totty- Wild Turkey Rare Breed Bourbon in a snifter with honey and a lemon wedge, served over hot tea! Cures what ails you. The Nikita Koloff- Named after one of the fiercest wrestlers of the 80s, this is not your ordinary White Russian. Madagascar Vanilla Bean-infused Russian Standard Vodka, Kahlua & half & half! It will make you say, “Ochen’ vkusnyy”. That’s “delicious” in Russian… Save room for Mama Sue’s House-made desserts!
