Strategically situated in the heart of Abdali, The Boulevard adds a spark of contemporary living to the new
downtown of Amman. By combining 30,000 sqm of avant-garde office spaces, 400 luxurious hotel serviced
apartments managed and operated by Arjaan Rotana, premium retail spaces and scenic rooftops, The
Boulevard is envisaged to become Jordan’s center of consumer concentration with its eclectic commercial
and entertainment offerings, and a premier development in the Middle East on a wider spectrum.
Built on a land area of 26,540 sqm, The Boulevard consists of 12 buildings, six on each side, bordering a
unique central 370 meter-long pedestrian promenade. Surrounded by wide streets along its four fronts, The
Boulevard is an island that is completely integrated into its surroundings. With this vision, the key defining
structures of the pedestrian promenade were designed on three “platforms” linked to each other by terraces,
stairs, suspended bridges and esplanades corresponding to the gentle slope along the length of the site and
to its urban context.

The Abdali Mall is an iconic modern shopping mall that boasts unique open air features within an aesthetic design. With a total
built-up area of over 227,000 sqm, the Abdali Mall spreads over five floors above ground that comprise of approximately 70,000
sqm gross leasable area including a large number of retail shops, cafés, food courts, a casual dining plaza, a supermarket, an
entertainment center and eleven cinema screens. In addition to five basement floors designed as a smart and conveniently
accessible car park that accommodates up to 2,400 cars.

Phase I of Abdali lies on 251,000 sqm of land and contains
33 separate mid-rise building and tower projects owned
and developed by a multitude of local and international
investors. These developments consist primarily of
Grade-A offices, luxurious apartments, integrated retail
markets, medical facilities, in addition to hotels and serviced
apartments.
Phase I commenced operation in 2013 with the opening
of several buildings such as the Jordan head office of Audi
Bank and Societe Generale De Banque - Jordan and the
opening of the roads of the core of Phase I to the public.
2014 saw the opening of many new project, most notably
the opening of The Boulevard.
The near future will bring more success to the project with
the opening of many other exciting projects at the new
downtown of Amman.

Abdali Investment and Development PSC is a privately owned land development company
established in 2004 out of a successful partnership between the government-owned
real estate developer National Resources and Development Corporation (MAWARED) and
Horizon International for Development Ltd. Co., an international construction conglomerate
specialized in investment and the development of large scale real estate projects owned by
Sheikh Bahaa Rafic Al-Hariri. This joint venture was further expanded when the United Real
Estate Company - Jordan, under the group of Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO), joined as a
partner, thus bringing a wealth of proven experience to the mega urban regeneration project.
