HOW THE CHARTER CARD WORKS
As a Platinum, Gold, or Silver Card holder, you pay an annual deposit towards your chartered flights for the year. Flight costs are then
deducted from your deposit at a discounted rate corresponding to the membership level chosen. Sunwest’s discounted mileage-based
rate is set on the day of your membership purchase.

NO MINIMUM HOURS
Unlike competitive Jet Cards and Fractional
Ownership programs, Sunwest does not hold
its Charter Card holders to annual hourly
usage guarantees. If you haven’t used all your
deposit by the end of the year, we can deduct
the balance from your membership fee for the
following year or we can refund the balance
(less the difference of our charter rates and
your discounted rates for the flights you have
actually flown).
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Your journey is about more than the flight.
If required, your flight coordinator can assist
you with ground transportation, hotels, and
much more. Card holders are entitled to our
valet parking services. Just pull up front of our
private flight lounge, leave your keys, and we’ll
take care of the rest.
YOUR CHOICE OF AIRCRAFT
You can choose from any category within our
diverse fleet of over 40 aircraft. Our flight coordinators are trained to assist you in selecting
the appropriate aircraft for your mission.
EASY BOOKING
Sunwest operates on your schedule. Your
private fleet is on-call 24 / 7, 365 days a year
to accommodate travel needs During regular
business hours, your personal flight coordinator will handle all your travel arrangements.
After hours, our Flight Operations Centre
will arrange your travel plans.
FULLY TRANSFERABLE
Your card can be used by anyone you nominate
during the term of your Sunwest Charter Card
agreement.
IN-FLIGHT SERVICE
Sunwest can arrange catering to suit any taste.
We’ll arrange everything for you, from menu
options to wine selection.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are not completely satisfied with your
Sunwest travel experience, Sunwest will refund
the balance of your Charter Card fee at any
point during the term with no penalty.
