Space will be held on a tentative basis for you when reserving a trip. We reserve the right
to cancel your reservation if payment is not received in a timely manner.
Deposits & Cancellations:
Since we are obligated to make financial commitments to my suppliers prior to a tour's departure based
on your anticipated participation, we have instituted the following reservation & cancellation policies:
Day-trips:
Full payment is due 45 days prior to the trip, and is Refundable up to 14 days prior to the trip
Day-trips with ticketed events (theatre, show, or ballgame):
Shows under $ 100 require full payment to reserve, Shows over $ 100 require $ 75 per person to reserve
Balance is due 45 days prior to the trip and is Non-refundable unless your ticket is resold
Overnight motorcoach trips:
$ 75 per person deposit to reserve space. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
Payments are refundable up to 30 days prior to departure.
Overnight motorcoach trips with ticketed events (theatre, show or ballgame):
A $ 100 per person, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve. Balance is due 45 days prior to the trip
Deposit will be refunded if your ticket is resold, and the balance is refundable up to 30 days prior to departure
For longer overnight trips & cruises, and trips including airfare – please check the
individual fliers for deposit and cancellation policies
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for all trips - for overnight trips, you’ll receive pricing with
your invoice. For daytrips, insurance is $7 per person for all trips that do not involve theater. Theater
daytrip’s insurance cost is $14 per person.
We have included a walking guide in the brochure, which you’ll find at the end of each tour description:
A trip with minimal walking
A trip that includes moderate walking at your own pace
A trip that includes extended periods of walking or guided walking tours.
On some tours, you may be able to omit portions of the tour that will be too physical for you.
As always, if you have any questions about the tour, don’t hesitate to call.
Trips with this icon are shorter in length - 8 hours or less from the bridge (9 hours or less from Dennis)
Customary end-of-tour gratuities are included for the driver, escort and local tour guide (when a stepon guide is hired), wait staff, and baggage handlers. Gratuities for hotel housekeeping staff are not included
unless otherwise noted on your itinerary, and a basic gratuity of $ 2-3 per person, per day is customary
Pickup locations:
Our Hyannis pickup is at the commuter lot behind Burger King at exit 6 off of Route 6. This is NOT the Burger
King parking lot, as they will tow any vehicles left there for an extended time. Park in the commuter lot and
wait at the enclosures for the bus – please be sure that you are parked in a legal parking spot – if you are on
the grass or outside of the marked parking spots, you will be issued a parking citation. The police patrol this
lot, and will ticket/tow any car that is parked illegally. As always, parking is at your own risk at any of our
pickup locations.

2. Barnstable Commuter lot, Route 132, Hyannis – if you find that there are no remaining legal parking
places, please proceed to either Sagamore or Dennis (if you have time) to meet the bus – do NOT go
to the Hyannis Transportation Center
3. Sagamore Commuter lot, at the foot of the Sagamore Bridge
Your requested pickup location will be printed on your sales receipt or invoice. Please arrive at least 10
minutes prior to the departure time, and call the office if you decide to change to a different pickup location.
In the interest of fairness to those boarding in Hyannis & Sagamore as well as our handicapped
passengers, we assign seats on the bus, as they do on the airlines, on a first-come, first- serve basis. If you
are traveling with friends and signing up separately, be sure to let us know who you are traveling with so
that we can seat you next to each other. Single travelers will be given their own seats if space allows or
may be seated with another single traveler. Please sit in your assigned seat until after we have picked up in
Sagamore, then you can change seats if there is an empty seat is available.
The office is open Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you get our voicemail when
you call, please leave a message and I will return your call – most times I am in the office but simply on the
other line helping another customer.

Be sure to check out our website for more information, including departure & return times for
each trip. Click the button to subscribe to our monthly e-newsletter, where you can get
monthly email updates including new trips that have been added, travel tips and more.
You’ll also find video clips for some of our theater trips, and a link to our trip research
page on Pinterest, where we have posted pictures of the places that we will visit on our
trips and links to the attraction & hotel websites. You do not need to sign up or give any
information to Pinterest in order to view the pictures, so check it out!
Signing up for a trip is easy – simply call us with your name, phone number, number of
seats needed, and pick-up location. The person that made the reservation will receive an
invoice 6-7 weeks prior to the trip with departure times and any balance due listed. If you are
mailing in a payment, please keep the lower portion for your records, as your pickup
time & location are printed on the invoice. For an overnight trip, you will receive a mailing
with your itinerary and luggage tags approximately 30 days prior to your trip.
Senior Center Signups - If you sign up through a Senior Center, please send your payment
to the Senior Center, and they will forward it to me. You will not receive an invoice from
me for the trip - your Senior Center will contact you for payment and inform you of
departure times. For overnight trips, you will receive your itinerary and bag tags about 30
days prior to the trip. Credit card payments cannot be accepted for Senior Center signups

Beautiful Bennington, Saturday, October 8 –Take a guided tour of historic
Old Bennington, enjoy lunch at Bennington Station, and take a guided tour of
The Bennington Museum. Then, we’ll visit the Apple Barn & Country Bake Shop
for a tour of their orchard and taste their old-fashioned apple pie with
homemade ice cream and beverage. Featured on the Food Network’, Good
Morning America, and more, you will enjoy this narrated ride to the top of their
orchard to view the most spectacular scenery in Southern Vermont.

Castle in the Clouds, Tuesday, October 11 – Take in the fall colors
surrounding Lake Winnipesauke on our 1 ½ hour
narrated cruise aboard the M/S Mount Washington.
We will enjoy a luncheon buffet during our cruise, and
then travel to the North side of the Lake to tour Castle
in the Clouds, a 5,200-acre estate located high above
Lake Winnipesauke, with breathtaking views of the
lake and surrounding mountains. End the day with a visit to Beans and Greens
Farm where we’ll shop for fresh apples & pumpkins, along with other seasonal
fruits & vegetables, baked goods and freshly prepared foods.

Fall Colors of Massachusetts, Wednesday, October 12 - Visit Yankee
Candle’s Flagship Store in Deerfield, to browse their enormous selection of
scented candles & gifts, stroll the Bavarian Christmas Village, Nutcracker Castle,
and venture into the Black Forest to watch the snow fall! Then travel along the
Mohawk Trail, considered the most beautiful drive in Massachusetts, take a walk
through the Bridge of Flowers, and see the geologic potholes of the Deerfield River
in Shelburne Falls. We will visit Red Apple Farm where we’ll take a hayride into
the orchard to pick ¼ peck of apples, enjoy their fresh apple cider, and visit with
the farm animals. Then, enjoy a delicious dinner at the Old Mill Restaurant (choice
of stuffed chicken breast or Yankee pot roast for entrée).

Lake Winnepesaukee Turkey Train, Saturday, October 15 - This trip is a
perennial favorite – relax aboard a two-hour scenic train ride along the shores
of pristine Lake Winnipesauke to view the beautiful fall colors reflecting on the lake.
Enjoy a full turkey lunch with all the trimmings (alternate entrees: roast beef and
haddock) at the famous Hart’s Turkey Farm, and end the day on a sweet note as
we stop at Kellerhaus Gifts & Collectibles, which has created the finest handmade chocolates, and ice cream for generations.

Smoky Mountains & the colors of the Blue Ridge Parkway, Saturday,
October 15 – Saturday, October 22
DAY 1 –Begin our travel South, and overnight in
Winchester, VA. D
DAY 2 –Relax at our Pigeon Forge hotel, the Inn on
the River, and then enjoy dinner at the Applewood
Farmhouse Restaurant. After dinner, we will head
to the Smoky Mountain Opry for their fun-filled
variety show. B, D
DAY 3 –Visit the Smoky Mountain Harvest & Gospel
Festival held at Dollywood Park. Dollywood Park is
much more than amusement rides - at Dollywood, you’ll
walk down the Main Street of the Appalachian Village,
lined with artisans from across the country demonstrating
and selling their crafts at the Harvest Festival. Enjoy the
traditional experiences of a Smoky Mountain harvest,
listen to all varieties of music throughout the Park – hits of the 50s and 60s, the
biggest names in Southern Gospel music, and you’ll find a variety of musical styles
at Country Crossroads. See the costumes and awards that Dolly Parton has won
over her career, and, of course, you can indulge your inner child with some
amusement rides, as well. Our local guide will help to orient us to the park and
direct us to the “must-see” areas. Relax at the hotel before experiencing the
Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Feud. B, D
DAY 4 –We’ll take a back roads tour of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville to learn
about the history of the area, see the Dolly Parton
statue, and visit the Bush Beans Visitor Center &
Museum, where we’ll learn about the company, see how
the beans are grown, and shop their general store. Then,
visit Gatlinburg, where you’ll stroll the downtown area and enjoy lunch (on own)
before taking a breathtaking ride up the mountain on the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial
Tram for a panoramic view of the magnificent Smoky Mountains. Then, visit the
Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery for a tour and moonshine tasting. B
DAY 5 –Take a scenic tour through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park
with our guide. Known for its diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of its
mountains, and the quality of its remnants of Southern Appalachian mountain
culture, this is America's most visited national park. We’ll stop at the Visitor Center,
see Appalachian log homes from years gone by, and make photo stops along the
way. Visit the Cherokee Museum to learn about the Trail of Tears, and then relax
at our hotel, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville. B, D
DAY 6 - Spend the day exploring the Biltmore Estate!
We’ll tour the mansion, visit the gardens and Antler Hill
Village, and enjoy a tour and wine tasting at Biltmore
Winery. Enjoy dinner at the Red Rocker Inn, which has
been featured in Southern Living Magazine. B, D
DAY 7 – Our local guide take us on a tour of the Blue Ridge Parkway, with photo
stops and a stop at the Southern Highlands Craft Guild. Lunch is included, and

Battlefields & Homefronts of the Civil War, Monday, October 24 –
Saturday, October 30 - DAY 1 – Travel to Gettysburg, PA, and check into the
Comfort Inn Gettysburg, located on the battlefield. We’ll meet General & Mrs. Lee
after dinner, and he will describe what life was like with the country on the verge of
war, and share his thoughts, fears and hopes for the coming years. D
DAY 2 - We’ll stop at Harper’s Ferry, site of the famous John Brown’s Raid, and
take a guided battlefield tour. Enjoy free time in the quaint downtown for lunch,
and then travel to Antietam Battlefield, the site of the worst one-day battle in
American History. Hear fascinating stories of the first attempt to invade the north,
and experience the battle through a film at the Visitor Center. B, D
DAY 3 - We’ll stop at the Gettysburg Visitor Center, which
houses the Gettysburg Museum of the Civil War, with
exhibits featuring relics of the Battle of Gettysburg and the
personalities who served in the Civil War. We’ll see the film
"A New Birth of Freedom", and the completely restored
Gettysburg Cyclorama painting. Our licensed Battlefield
Guide will take us on a tour of the Gettysburg battlefields. Then, stop at the Shriver
House Museum, which focuses on the impact the Gettysburg Battle had on the
citizens of this crossroads town. Hear the personal stories of one family’s
experiences during the battle, and get an up-close look at the Confederate
sharpshooters’ nest. Enjoy dinner at the historic Dobbin House. B, D
DAY 4 – We’ll stop at Manassas National Battlefield Park, the scene of two major
Civil War battles. Our historian guide will take us on a bus tour of the battlefields.
Then, stop at Chatham Manor, the headquarters of the Fredericksburg and
Spotsylvania National Military Park, and the Fredericksburg Battlefield. Enjoy
dinner in Fredericksburg and then travel to Richmond. B, D
DAY 5 – Our guide will take us on a tour of Richmond as it was during the Civil
War, the capital of the Confederacy. We’ll stop at Tredegar Iron Works, which
produced over 1,000 cannons for the Confederacy, and drive by Hollywood
Cemetery, which contains the remains of many Confederate Generals and soldiers.
We’ll see St Paul’s Episcopal Church, where General Robert E Lee and
Confederate President Jefferson Davis worshiped, and
Chimborazo Hospital, one of the largest and most
sophisticated hospitals in the Confederacy. We’ll continue
on to tour the White House of the Confederacy before an

DAY 6 – Visit Appomattox Courthouse. General Lee
was forced to surrender to General Grant at Appomattox Courthouse. Our Park
Ranger guide will tell us about the battle and then you have time to explore the
village independently. Enjoy a farewell dinner en-route back to Fredericksburg. B,

Haunted Happenings in Salem, Wednesday, October 26 – Take The
Haunted Footsteps Ghost Tour; a one-hour walking tour
with local guides who creatively convey Salem's authentic
haunted history. Delve into Salem's macabre past as our
knowledgeable and charismatic guide regales you with true
tales of documented paranormal activity, chilling
cemeteries and tales of centuries old murder. We will
also visit the Salem Witch Museum, where you will be
brought back to Salem 1692 in this dramatic history lesson that uses stage sets with
life-size figures, lighting and a narration to tell the story. Lunch is included at the
historic Hawthorne Hotel, and and time to browse the shops in Salem.

JFK Museum & Kennedy Institute, Tuesday, November 1 – Before we cast
our votes, why not spend some time with the Kennedy
brothers learning about our democratic system! Begin the
day at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and
Museum. Explore exhibits highlighting the Kennedy
campaign trail, the Space Race, Kennedy’s time in the Oval
Office, the First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy and much more.
We will also explore the Edward Kennedy Institute, which
opened in 2015, and is dedicated to educating the public
about role of the Senate. Each visitor is given a tablet that will interact with displays
throughout the institute. Learn about the legislative process as you create a bill
and shepherd it through Congress to the President’s Desk. Explore Senator
Kennedy’s career and commitment to public service in the exhibit, “Lion of the
Senate” and in a replica of his Washington, D.C. office. Participate in “Today’s Vote”
as all Senators on the floor are invited into the Institute’s full-scale replica of the
U.S. Senate Chamber to debate and vote on current issues of the day. Enjoy a
boxed lunch at the JFK Library.

“The King & I” in Providence, Saturday, November 5 – National tour launch!
Lincoln Center Theater’s critically acclaimed production of
Rodgers & Hammerstein’s THE KING AND I won four 2015
Tony Awards® including Best Revival of a Musical. One of
Rodgers & Hammerstein’s finest works, THE KING AND I
boasts a score full of beloved classics - “Getting To Know
You,” “I Whistle a Happy Tune,” “Hello Young Lovers,” and
“Shall We Dance.” Set in 1860’s Bangkok, the musical tells the story of the
unconventional and tempestuous relationship that develops between the King of
Siam and Anna Leonowens, a British schoolteacher whom the modernist King, in
an imperialistic world, brings to Siam to teach his many wives and children. We
have orchestra seating for the 2:00 PM show at Providence Performing Arts
Center with time for lunch at the Providence Place Mall.

handcrafted holiday décor, gourmet foods and one-of-a-kind
handcrafted gifts. The Christmas Festival will make preparing for
the upcoming holidays a breeze, with gifts and all the elements for
stylish entertaining. Gingerbread house masterpieces created by top area chefs
will also be on display and will be sold with the proceeds benefiting “Housing
Families,” an organization dedicated to ending family homelessness. Get in the

Missouri Classics - Branson & St Louis, Saturday, November 12 –
Saturday, November 19 – We’ll fly non-stop on Southwest Airlines to Saint Louis,
where we will see the sights before continuing on to Branson.
DAY 1 – Depart Boston at 12:55 PM and arrive in St Louis at
2:55 PM. We’ll overnight at the Drury Inn & Suites, Saint
Louis. Enjoy the evening Managers reception, and then
dinner at the Mother-in-Law-House Restaurant. B,D
DAY 2 – We’ll take a full day tour of Saint Louis, including
a tour and tram ride to the top of the St Louis Gateway
Arch and a narrated sightseeing cruise on the
Mississippi River. At Anheuser Busch Brewery, enjoy a
tour and tasting, and visit the historic Clydesdale stables. B
DAY 3 – At Fantastic Caverns, we’ll take a tram ride through an ancient
underground river bed, with rooms filled with magnificent natural formations.
We’ll continue on to Branson, and the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing. Enjoy

DAY 4 – Enjoy the new Maxine’s Christmas Carol, which stars Maxine, who will
give her comedic twist on the classic holiday story. You’ll have the afternoon to
enjoy lunch & shopping at Branson Landing before dinner and the Haygoods
Christmas Show. Five brothers and one sister combine incredible harmony, tap,

first charted on Billboard Hot Country Songs in 1988, and from there has had

own) at the Riverwalk, and then we’ll depart for Lafayette
Square, where we have reserved grandstand seating

DAY 5 – We’ll visit the New Orleans School of Cooking, for a cooking
demonstration to learn how to make an authentic New Orleans soup, entrée &

where we will board the Creole Queen for a Cruise on the
Mississippi River. The cruise is narrated by a costumed
re-enactor who will take us on a journey through the history
of the city as we cruise to Jean Lafitte National Historical
Park and the historic Chalmette Battlefield. Learn about
the founding of the city, the expansion into the “French
Quarters,” and the Battle of New Orleans. A one-hour
shore excursion at the battlefield features a Park

Encounter, which features a full-size Noah’s Ark, built

Spanning 510 feet long and 51 feet high, it is a modern
engineering marvel with fascinating exhibits and
friendly animals. Enjoy an included lunch and then
visit the National Underground Railroad Freedom
Center. On our guided tour, we’ll learn about the
conductors on the Underground Railroad that helped slaves on their journey to
freedom, offering direction, relative safety and needed rest. The National

DAY 4 – At the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory Tour, you’ll see how
baseball bats are made, mingle with lifelike sculptures of

used by Joe DiMaggio to set his 56-game hitting streak
record. Then, enjoy lunch and a cruise on the Ohio

a morning workout on our Historic Guided Walking Tour
of Churchill Downs Racetrack, followed by a showing of
“The Greatest Race,” a 360-degree sound and visual
experience that brings the Derby to life. The two-level
museum will take you through the life of a thoroughbred, from birth to that first
Saturday in May, the Kentucky Derby. Then, prepare your perfect Derby look with
