UPPER CYLINDER
The upper cylinder is designed for ease
and efficiency. The easy-to-reach front
chute makes it simple to add your
ingredients into the mixing chamber.
Automatic safety switches in the
equipment stop the mixer when the lid is
opened.
The only tool needed to mix and blend
your ingredients for the perfect flavor.
Simply pour your dry ingredients into the
front chute, add your liquids, then let the
Compacta do the rest - mixing and
blending the ingredients to the perfect
consistency and warming the mixture for
the perfect flavor. The upper cylinder
holds the mixture until you release it into
the lower cylinder for the cooling /
freezing process.
CONTROL TOUCHPAD
The touchpad control panel gives immediate
response to any adjustments. The advanced
microprocessor enables precise programming of the
heating and freezing cycles.
The Compacta is the ideal sanitary way to
make gelato / ice cream. One mixing,

with replaceable plastic blades ensures
durability with easy cleaning. After
freezing the Compacta extracts the
product using a faster beater speed
providing for quicker extraction and
ensuring complete product dispensing
from the cylinder.

The entire process is carried on in a
closed system which avoids risk of
contamination. The spigot is easy to
operate and easy to clean.
