Accessing your ERAU email - Embry

Access Your Embry-Riddle Email via
As an admitted student, you will receive information about ERNIE, your portal to important EmbryRiddle information. Through ERNIE, you will be able to directly access your student email. Check your
University issued email account to receive information about the following areas:



Financial Aid
Billing information
Announcements regarding self-registration, course information and important university
communications and updates.
Step 1
As a first time user, please navigate to ERNIE via www.ernie.erau.edu and select the “Activate Your
Account” option.
Step 2
Complete the registration and password set-up process using your student identification
number provided to you.
Step 3
Once logged in, select the envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 4
To set up Outlook, answer several questions when prompted.
Step 5
Navigate your Office 365 email.
Step 6
Forward your ERAU email to your personal email address if you so choose to do so.
Please click the question mark to get started, enter the word "forward" into the search
bar and select the option "Forwarding".
After selecting "forwarding" you will be prompted to click the "Start forwarding" button.
After clicking the button enter the email you would like your ERAU mail forwarded to and
click "Save".
