School visitation by golf professionals
Pierre Dugas and Maxime Paiement who are in charge of the Junior Golf Development Centre (JGDC)
at the Cowansville golf club visited École St­Jean. They were assisted by Antoine Fortin who

She Swings, She Scores grants
Come play golf with your team!
As part of the She Swings, She Score program, you could invite one
of your local women’s teams to visit your golf club and discover the
FUNdamentals of our sport. A $500 grant could help you carry out

Eastern Townships | Junior golfers
featured at Cowansville
This summer, Golf Québec is proud to team up with the
Cowansville golf club which is home to one of the twelve Junior Golf
Development Centres (JGDC) of the province. Their organizing
committee members are truly dedicated to making the Provincial
Junior Championship an outstanding sports event that will
contribute to raising awareness for the game of golf towards local

Right in the middle of the city, Golf municipal de Montréal invites
c h i l d r e n o f 7 t o 1 6 y e a r s o l d t o register i n t h e CN Future
Links program conducted by Sports Montréal. Young participants
will get the opportunity to discover the FUNdamentals, rules and

Montréal | The First Drive Tour is starting
A first event of the First Drive Tour was presented on Sunday at the

in daylight
Due to its geographic location, Abitibi is a golfers' paradise for
those who like to play in the evening. This time of year, it is possible
to drive balls up to 10:00 pm without risking to lose them in the dark.

A first in Québec: the Future Pros' Championship
Golf Québec created this competition to showcase its best golf talents aged 17 to 24 years old, provide
them with the opportunity to measure up to other excellent Canadian players, and let them prove that
they are ready to move on on their paths towards professional tours. Their competition is in full swing
this week at the Elm Ridge Country Club. Read more...
2016 Québec Games qualifiers
During the nine days of the event, a total of 3,700 athletes under 18
years of age will compete in various events promoting some twenty
sporting disciplines. Since close to 45 years, the Québec Games
have been the largest multisport event in the province and golf will

Our certified rules officials are volunteers. They are available in our
events to help you understand the rules and policies as well as
explain your options. At Golf Québec, the Group Pace of Play Policy
enables most of our competitors to complete their rounds in less

Team Canada Men’s Development Squad struggled to close out
their final round on Friday at the Chukyo Golf Club, carding a
collective 4­over par to drop to an 11th place finish at the 24th
annual Toyota Junior Golf World Cup presented by JAL. Read more
